Worst fast food place I could have went to, worst 40$ spent. Traveled an hour to come here just to be disappointed from the... start! We waited at one of the booths for about 20 minutes, mind you TWO employees walked out to help other Customers and justlooked at us. We decided to go to the drive through window instead. Mentioned this issue to the cashier and she proceeded to say? oh yeah that one doesn?t work?. So nobody could have informed us? We ordered the Oreo cheesecake milkshake, it was melted likewater and the cheesecake was SOUR. Some of the fries that came with our order were uncooked and some were just drenched in oil.We ordered 3 different meals and two sides and they crammed it all into one bag. I don?t usually leave bad reviews but I will for this. Terrible experience. Waited at their pull-up/car service stall for 15... minutes before someone answered, then she stated they weren?t doing this service today and we must use the drive through. Pulledaround to the drive through with only 1 car in front which was great. We waited an additional 10 minutes for the car in frontto be able to order. Next it was our turn, however another 5+ minutes went by and still no one took our order. Not a goodexperience. Read more
Food is pretty good, had the Big Dill Burger. wait is long. Tots are amazing.
I am only leaving one star because it is not possible to leave less. The staff wanted to go home early, we went 2 hours before... they closed and they told us that both the kitchen and ice cream were closed and they were only serving fountain drinks andslashes, and frankly we were hungry and wanted dinner. DO NOT GO HERE! I would rather eat gas station food after our experiencehere. Good thing we got off the highway out of our way to go here. Read more
First off we waited 40 minutes for a pick up order for 2 drinks and when we got to the window after waiting at a booth for... awhile the worker gave such an attitude. The drinks were all ice and not drink they were all walking out one by one to go totheir friends car to smoke instead of doing their jobs. Worst sonic experience ever. Read more
I have literally been waiting in line for 30 minutes to get a burger. When I got it, not to my surprise the entire order was... wrong. Went in to get the corrected order and alas, another 20 minute wait. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Mr.Ritchie, you should be ashamed. Also, what does this not accurate prices mean? By far the worst experience. Ordered a RT44 Sweet tea at 10:45am through the mobile app. I got yo the store at 10:50am and no... one was there. No one was answering the phones. All off the outside garbage cans were overflowing. There were NO times postedon the doors or windows. About 2 hours later I called and a girl answered and said to come on down and she would give me the teaand said the employees all showed up late. Upon entering the establishment,there was no one working in the lobby. I seen a signto ring the bell for service. I did that and waited about 3 minutes before opening the door that said employees only and yelled.Finally someone came but they were just rude. The inside of the restaurant was disgusting dirty and trash everywhere. Thewindows were filthy. And they had a sign on the menu that said prices are not accurate. I almost never give 1 star reviews but after sitting at the drive thru order lane for over 5 minutes without being greeted and... then I pulled into a booth and was ignored for a few more minutes before I gave up and left. My first ever experience with Sonickind of sucked ???? Read more
