We waited for more than an hour and a half for the food, we were four people and we ordered meat. We asked many times about the... food and were patient and when finally the food was brought to the table. They were the wrong dishes and the food was burnt wetalked to the manager and she just said that if we didn't want the food she would only charge us for the drinks. We will notreturn to this restaurant, nor do we recommend it. Read more
The service was great ,. I feel bad because I know they short stuff and the ones working were amazing but the food was horrible... .. I been going to fridays for years and as time goes by the food quality is going from bad to worse .. had steak frites withtwisted potatoe fries and it end up being potatoe chips ???? and 6 small slices of meat for 20 bucks all dried up and order someshrimp That was hard and chewy .. it's sad how bad the food is getting ..and that whisky glaze tasted like it was in the fridgefor the past year .. don't think I'm coming back to Friday's anymore Read more
Saw a questionable strand in the beginning of my meal(not pictured here) thought it may just be cheese, so i carried on eating.... Then notice there is literal thread in my french fries.... then a curl on the lettuce of my sandwich.......... Read more
Great food! Haven't been to a TGI's in forever, they really stepped up thete game. Ordered the Chicken and Cheese with mashed... potatoes and the Whisky glazed chicken with broccoli. Food was delicious! Read more
Went to Friday’s today for dinner with my lady and I and had a great experience. Waiter Corey and waitress RO we’re very... polite and great customer service and showed us all the specials they had. We will definitely be back. They definitely made upfor our first experience! Thanks guys Read more
When we arrived at Friday's we were not greeted by the host. Instead they're backs were turned to us. We were seated near the... bar. Which the room was completely empty. Our waitress came to take our order for drinks and appetizers. We ordered a root beerand a cotton candy cosmo with wings. Our drinks took 10 minutes and we waited over 30 minutes for the wings. We were going toorder another app but the waitress quickly rushed off. Our food took over an hour to get by then the cosmo was gone. I asked fora sprite and waited another 10 minutes. Then we waited again for boxes and our order to go. And still waited another 30 minutesjust for our check. We will never sit in the bar area again due to the lack of service. The only thing that was good was thefood but then again they did forget to make the whiskey burger to go with the whisky sauce. Read more
Where do I start?! It was humid and sticky in the restaurant, flies galore, slow service, apparently the dishwasher is broken so... they had to use plastic utensils, credit card machines jammed. Ok so now the food. It took an hour to get our order! We ordereda medium rare steak and not only did that come out well done, but so did the mashed potatoes. We also had to ask for the whiskeysauce that it was supposed to come with. The grilled chicken was rubbery and dry, the cheese was so burnt that it stuck to thedish it was served in. My kids had to swat away flies while eating their chicken tenders. Our waitress took forever to get tous, kept giving us 4 of everything when we are a family of 5 and then never checked on us. Overall, terrible experience. We usedto frequent TGIF years ago but menu, atmosphere, and service, and cleanliness have really fallen off. I will never eat hereagain. Read more
We couldn't have had a worse experience. Myself and some family members came here on a Wednesday evening. When we walked in we... waited at least 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged us, even though a server had been near us several times and did seeus. This was a very empty restaurant, we saw only 3 tables filled. We took into consideration that there seemed to be only theone server at the tables (we later did see another server). When we were seated it took a bit to get in our apps and drinksorder, but when we did we got that part of our order fairly quickly. That was the only good part. It took over 40 minutes foranyone to come back to the table to take our orders. Our orders took forever to come. My order was wrong. I was given the appversion and not the meal version (and I did point it out on the menu when I ordered), and when I said this to the server,Bernice, she seemed totally confused. She didn't know there was difference. One family member ordered a shrimp add-on to hermeal which she did not get but we were charged for. The food was mediocre. The service was horrid. The server never onceapologized for the delays, mistakes and negligence. I went straight to what appeared to be the manager, Renee, to pay the bill.He asked if everything was good and I did tell him the waiting was ridiculous. We were there about 2.5 hours. Yes, we could haveleft, but we had a handicapped person with us and it would have been difficult to do so. But if that person had not been withus, we would have left.
