Every single time I go to this Wendy?s route 211 Middletown ny they mess up the order I typically order the same exact thing 2/3... four for $4.00 for my kids PLAIN . Plain means no ketchup no pickles no onions and every single time they get it wrong howhard is it to understand plain ? I don't go to wendy's often but wanted to try the strawberry frosty. the frosty tasted like strawberry quick and was just okay.... the Jr. bacon cheese burger and fries were hot and tasted good. I took off stars for having to listen to the manager yell at andbe rude to his staff. there are ways to motivate people to work faster or whatever and he was not using any of them. Read more
I normally don't review fast food places, but this is one is an exception. Great Staff, Clean Environment Good food. While it... was in between lunch and dinner, the place was quite. This is a remodeled site and it sets the bar for what fast food dining inshould feel like in 2020's What this establishment has to offer is great. Tables for Handicaps WIFI Lounge area with FauxFireplace a spot to eat and watch TV. Super clean bathroom Staff was courteous and polite Baby seating, Charging outlets,etc..
