Wingstop in Middletown if you guys would just keep the counters clean and the garbage from piling up near your kitchen or rather... in your kitchen station I would have given you guys a four star. It's disgusting to see garbage piled up right in the kitchenarea where customers dump their trays on a regular. It's disgusting to sit at a table that is sticky. One would think due to thepandemic you guys would make sure someone is monitoring the seating area on a regular to clean off the tables to make itpresentable and sanitize for guests coming in to your establishment. Let's talk about the staff the first star goes to the staffbecause from the cook I didn't get the names I should have but I didn't to the mail on the register friendly with a smileprofessional behavior this is what the customers look forward to. The second star comes because of location. The third star isbecause of the different sources and the freshness of the blue cheese sauce I have been to a Wingstop where the blue cheeseactually taste sour so I was very happy to know that the blue cheese was at a cool temperature and that it was fresh. Also youdo not receive a five-star because the chicken wings were a bit too hard it actually scrape the roof of my mouth I did notcomplain only because I was in a hurry. You guys can do better. Giving three and a half stars. Food was very good. I got the small six piece bone-in combo. I had three pieces of lemon chicken... and three pieces of Parmesan with ranch as the side dressing. I got seasoned fries. With tax it was just under $12. The servicewas very good but there was nowhere to sit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at about 1:15 on a Sunday. I enjoyedeverything I got. And I definitely will come back and try the Korean wings. They're not the best wings I've ever had, butthey're definitely more a line of four star. Even though it's finger food, they should really give you napkins and a smallplastic fork because of fries are a bit messy. They did not give either of those things in the bag. I've never had wings atplanet wings or Buffalo bills so I have nothing to compare them to except the deli in West Milford, New Jersey, which are thebest I've ever had. Read more
If I could give this a zero I would but I can?t. I came to this location with my boyfriend about 7:30 pm I ordered a small meal... with come w 6 wings, fries and a drink that lady that was at the register told us it was gonna be15-20 min for my boyfriend andmy order together. Not only did we wait for a half an hour and our food was cold and my fries looked like that were just threwin the fryer after being frozen they were all stuck together and straight greasy never coming here again these people are justlazy. I got to this location at 9:30pm because no one would answer my phone call @ 9pm. Which is an hour before closing. When I... arrived, a young lady said it is too late to order in person. 30 min before closing. Listen, I understand the staff wants to gohome at 10pm, but this is poor management. At least say closed at 9:30pm instead. Read more
Awesome wings. Had the 8 piece wing combo. It was more than enough. It came with 2 flavors fries and a soda boneless for 9.99.
Me and my husband was here today about 11:30am the place was dirty floors needed to be mop food was horrible French fries very... salty .the wings were horrible very bad experience never again will we go there. Read more
