Ordered pizza 20 min pickup. Got to store 20 min later. 4 customers later they tell me they don't know what happened to my... pizza. So after 40 mins they didn't remake it I then got belligerent with them due to the situation. I'll never eat here at thislocation again since instead of remaking g the pizza continue to have me wait for no reason till I confronted them about it thentried to rectify the situation. It's pretty fast but if you don't like a lot of salt please specify that you want no salt cause you will have some salty pizza... real salty to the taste You can't taste the ingredients in the pizza Read more

One half of our pizza was supposed to be extra cheese, and the other half sausage and mushrooms. As you can see in the photos,... there's basically next to no toppings. Very disappointed. Read more

Ordered a sandwich, missing the dressing and half the ingredients. They would NOT refund me and sent out another sandwich that... would take 90 minutes to get to me. What a joke. The sandwich could have been put together better by my 4 year old. I reallyhope the GM makes this right. Left him a voicemail. Will see if he calls me back. Read more
This restaurant is hit or miss with making the pizza the way you request it to be made. This time is was a miss, it was chewy... and did not have extra sauce on it. I love Cassano's pizza when made right. Read more
