Absolutely horrible service, Called in an order for pick up30 minutes before I'd be there to get it. Got to the store it still... wasn't ready after waiting 20 minutes you can hear the employees in the background yelling. They had not even started my orderyet. Not what it used to be. I used to love Donatos when I lived in Columbus in the 90s. But the few pizzas I've purchased lately are... not as good. The crusts aren't crisp they more doughy. Never been as good since they were sold to McDonald's then bought back bythe family. Something changed. That's just my opinion Read more
