I?ve been coming here for about a year and half and I get the same drink every single time. Lately, they?ve been giving me extra... ice instead of less ice. I ask for less ice because if you don?t, the drink has waaaay too much and you get a small/mediumcoffee and not a large for almost $6. Also, the drink itself has just tasted like garage.. nothing like what I?m ordering.Today, I went to the Sharonville Dunkin and got the same drink and it tasted completely different than this one? it?s the samedrink! I finally said something and they just dumped out some of my coffee and ice and handed it back to me. There was coffeedripping on the side of the cup and the coffee-to-ice ratio was still the same so like ???? Seems a little petty to me.. I wasnice about it too bc I come so frequently! 2 stars bc I?ve been a very loyal customer for awhile and there are a few employeeswho are very nice but I just don?t think I?m going to come anymore. Absolutely poor service. There is bo organization inside the store. Ordered hashbrowns and every single one of them was smasked... up. 3 sandwiches and hashbrowns shoved in the smallest bag. Asked for light ice, they added extra ice (to be petty I guess?) Took most of the ice out and was left with a med. coffee when I... paid for a large. I don't ask for light ice to get extra coffee or to be difficult, the ice hurts my teeth. I previously gavethis place 5 stars but the last few weeks the service has been horrible. Love Dunkin I go in there about 4 times awk when I can afford me a Frozen Mocha frappe. There Delicious & they never Forget the... whipped cream or my Expresso shots. Great Customer Service and there fast. Good job Y'all Read more
Went for a doordash order and off the bat the manager was rude. We don't have a doordash. I showed her the app and she rolled... her eyes and said I don't know what to tell you. None what so ever understanding. Even after proof I've already paid. Read more
