The 2 all the way conveys I git were not hot. Sad for a place of awesome food serve cold food disappointed.
Staff always seems confused but good food and the manager was extremely nice.
Typically the service is amazing. But today I sat down and the server placed a placemat in front of me. He asked how he was... doing, not me. Then rushed me to order. Took me and my wife and daughters out to dinner and there was only one waitress and there were 5 guys behind the counter being... rude and the manager was sitting down and talking to the employees rudely. He was very unprofessional as a manager. I felt sorryfor the waitress because she had no help. My wife felt bad for the waitress so we cleaned our table so it would help thewaitress! I highly doubt I will bring my family back to this location. More people need to be hired so the service is not as badas it was today. Read more
I have just left there and had NEVER had a bad experience until NOW!. The guy I believe he's Indian must have been new but when... taking my order was not really listening and talking/rushing over me although nice he kept his mic on so I heard everything hewas relaying to the crew. Received my order by a woman who was very nice. I got home and the fries was fresh and hot but myhotdog was extremely COLD....I called just to let them know and the same guy that took my order said he remembers me said thathe's sorry there is nothing he can do about it... that everything he put out was fresh and that the chili was 185 degrees hotbut he's sorry there is nothing he can do and he then hung up on me. Please whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE TAKE YOURBUSINESS ELSE WHERE. I believe he might have been the owner. I feel bad for the workers. They should run the place. I ordered chili cheese fries and what i received was just more cheese than actual chili.. for $6 what a rip off.
Service was great! We got our food really quick. Our waitress was very nice. Food was really good!
