LaRosa's is THE pizza to get in the Cincinnati area. My family has been enjoying LaRosa's for close to 60 years.
Ordered from here, confirmed the order, and didn?t here anything for an hour. Called to check on it, and was told they put the... order in hold without notifying us. Then was put on hold with no answer in response to asking why the order was put on hold.Absolutely awful customer service Read more

Medium pizza for me and my friend had the large and some pretzel bites with cheese, my order came up to about 17 $. We both got... the LaRosa lager as well. When it came to food quality it was delicious.Pizza was nice and crisp and the pretzel bites were avery good appetizer as well. I dont normally review alcoholic drinks but the lager was normal and unremarkable. Not bad butnothing to make it stand out of the crowd of other drinks.When it came to service we didn't get to see our waiter often at allbut they were pleasant enough. Have always loved LaRosa?s food and love supporting home town companies. Unfortunately the quality control has really gone... down lately. We have ordered twice in the last month and every time our order has been messed up. Wrong pizza?s and wrongsteak hoggies. Which the receipts have been correct, just the product has been wrong. I hope this review is read and they areable to correct the quality issues. Update. The management of LaRosa's reached out within hours of me sending this review andfollowed up with their team to inform me of how important they take not only the quality and experience, but the feedback theyreceive to support changes and their business. Very impressed and thankful. I was not looking for any compensation, just toshare so that a place our family has enjoyed for many years can be just as enjoyable as it has been in the past. This is a fantastic restaurant! I love LaRosa's Pizza. They have a great tasting pizza sauce combined with perfectly baked... crusts for the best pizza in Cincinnati. They also have many other items on the menu including pastas, calzones, salads,appetizers and desserts. The staff at this location are all very friendly and helpful as well. Read more
