Hey guys just wanted to say we do our best at this location. There are days we get really busy and we just don?t have enough... people. Half the time people have attitudes and I apologize, our staff works hard everyday and deals with a lot of issues eachday. We are trying our best to be more employees and train them properly. If someone is disrespectful please ask to speak with amanager and the person will be delt with, with that said keep in mind our workers are hard workers who try their best and havetheir days. I do apologize for any disrespect that has came from our store. Come give us a second chance and if there is aproblem please feel free to ask for a manager ! I can also help most of you know me. Asked for a happy meal with the Halloween basket and did not get told if they had it or not and got handed a brown paper bag.... Tried to go back inside to ask about it and doors were locked when it says inside open 24hr. They take forever to answer theorder com so wasn?t going through the drive threw to figure it out. 4th time we have gone there and tried to get happy meals andget handed paper bags instead of even the normal happy meal box. Horrible McDonalds. The service takes FOREVER, your order is wrong when you finally do get it. Every. Time. If you dont stop... and check your bag in the parking lot, you're going to be disappointed when you get home. Go to the one on Verity Pkwy and saveyourself some time. Read more
Waited in drive thru line nearly 15 minutes...4 different people asked me what my order was. I waited an additional near 10... minutes after I had to park to go in for the food that wasn't in the bag. It was a 4 piece nugget... that the lady bagging hadto request multiple times from the back. Do not recommend this location. The food was cold, btw. 25 minutes for cold food. Read more

Just left McDonald?s it?s 10 pm we pulled up to the drive through there where 2 cars there already . We waited at the speaker... with the other cars for 15 min whoever was in there said on the she would be right with us. In the meantime we watched about 3employees walk out the store two who where in their car smoking . We waited in the drive through for 20 more minutes nobody evercame to the speaker. We pulled around to the window NOBODY at the window ? there where CLEARLY 3 people on the inside of thestore?..I understand being short staff. If that?s the case inform the consumers.. if shirt staff wasn?t the reason nobody inthe drive through was waited on!!!!!!!!! Then a new crew would be best with good work Ethic. Read more
Disappointed is an understatement. I purchased a steak egg bagel (no cheese) meal. Also a steak egg & cheese biscuit meal.... Sausage mc griddle & A large frappe. That was maybe a medium amount in a large cup. Liquid and runny with a lot of whipcream. Something told me after pulling off check the two steak sandwiches since one was without cheese and one was on a biscuit.What do you know the no cheese had double cheese. The one on a biscuit was on a bagel. I return to the store and get my son outthe car seat to avoid the line. Doors are locked. Had to return to the line. Second attempt of ordering the right food, I lookbefore pulling off & what do you know another mistake, both had sausage instead of the steak. At this point I?m apologizing forsomething that isn?t even my mistake but I know the nice window lady was aggravated just as much. I get home and settled , theone item I had faith in (sausage mc griddle) for my son & I open it to find bacon egg & cheese mc muffin ???? at this point it?sno longer a simple mistake every last item had an issue. Was the opposite of my order. I?d be wrong to return and demand arefund. I?d be wrong to go up there and show any type of aggravation at the fact my order had to be fixed twice and still it waswrong! Food quality dropped significantly. On past several orders 100% beef patties tasted more like 100% plastic. Lettuce was stale,... could smell it all the way from McD to home. Seriously wondering if I should eat Big Mac I just bought or play safe and putstraight in trash Read more
