Your business has honestly given me the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. You say you?re open 24... hours and then by 7 I?m getting told that you?re closed and that I have to wait until 4 am the next day to order. Your staffthrows my food in the bag and frequently gets my order wrong in gigantic ways. Your staff is constantly rude not to mention I?mpretty sure you couldn?t pass a health inspection to save your life. Most pathetic place I have ever seen. Worst part is you?vebeen doing this for years. Stay at the bottom of the business chain where you belong, scum. Read more
Terrible service , inside is still not open so if your order I'd wrong you have to go through drive thru again to get fixed,... and by the time that happens your other food is cold. The guy not girl on 11-15-22 at 10: 00 need an attitude adjustment , he'sracists and told me to stop acting like a n--- word. Read more
I'm a delivery driver so it's hard for me to find places nearby for a bite to eat and somewhere to use the restroom. I work in... the area so I've been inside more than once the last time service was okay(maybe because the manager was right thereinterviewing someone),but yesterday I stood at the counter for several minutes while 4 young women stood and had a personalconversation. I believe one of them was a manager. They just looked at me!!!! Did not speak and no one said they would be therein a few minutes or anything just went on with there conversation like I didn't exist. Its always terrible. Every time. They forgot to pass out my coke, so I asked. They gave me a full coke with no ice. I asked for... ice and she said "a separate cup of ice?" Then they took back the large coke without ice and hand me another they added ice to.As I pulled away, I realized the other one was a diet coke. Very slow drive thru, food cold. This McDonald's was improving. Then it slipped back to being poor and bad service.
This was one of our worst experiences ever with McDonald's. We ordered a Oreo mcflurry, all they did was put ice cream in a cup... with Oreos on top. They didn't even mix it. I had to ask for several of my items also. I ended up asking for a manager and as Iwas asking to speak with them another worker in a manager grey shirt started laughing at me while saying in a sarcastic tone shewants a manager. She then walked off. Another manager came up to the window and was as helpful as he could be. The lady takingmy order was rude, the girl at the first window was rude. So my recommendation is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THISMCDONALD'S!! Sadly ALL of Middletown McDonald's are the worst!! McDonald's needs to come and visit without them knowing who theyare and truly see just how bad these McDonald's are!!! Read more
I have been here before and it was fine. Today they were really rude and nasty. The fries weren't cooked all the way. The... nuggets looked like they were sitting for some time. I know they are short staffed but for what they charge at least the foodcould of been better. Read more
Overall was not a very good dining experience halftime show up to go inside and eat and the door will be locked for the lobby.... The drive-thru times or for a lack of better word ridiculous. So unless everything else is closed or you absolutely have to haveMcDonald's I was just finding another restaurant to eat at besides the one located on South main Street in Middletown Ohio Read more
