Stopped for a midday meal while traveling. DELICIOUS. A lot of enticing choices on the menu. I loved the garlic shrimp pasta... selection. Good service. Checked on regularly. Clean. In and out without rushing, taking time to choose, in less than an hour.Good prices. 54 minutes for a good meal. (39 minutes for a poor quality at Wendy's prior day) Read more
Ashley was one of the best servers we ever had anywhere.. She was so friendly and efficient. My husband was in the restaurant... business and I am now for 20 plus years. So we pay attention. And she was not only great with us but she had 5 or more tablesalso and never missed a beat!! The food was Amazing from the appetizers to the entrees. We are from PA and after our Long driveit was so nice to be treated so well. We returned a couple hours later to have a drink at the bar, Jenny was our bartender andshe was Absolutely Amazing Also. I came in this evening at 5pm and placed an order to go. I ordered a shrimp meal with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and also a... steak & chicken tenders with Mac and cheese with a salad, also a tea. An order to take home with me. I tipped 11.00. The younglady told me 15 to 20 min for my order. They did have other customers coming in to pick up orders during this time. I see ordersboth on their bookcase and also behind their counter. It has been enough time to where I don?t understand what is taking solong. I go up to the counter and ask if they are finished with my order it is now 5:40pm. My order was not only ready but hasbeen sitting up there for 20+ minutes. I?m obviously upset that nobody has bothered saying my name, nothing. I get my food andspeak to the manager. I?m tell him the situation he says ?well what do you want me to do about it??? I said well idk maybe runthe restaurant better, he then told ME that I was insulting for saying that. I told him that it was insulting for me to spent50.00 on food to have it just sit on metal racks. He literally did not care. So I ended up with food that was not fresh a saladthat was below all the other food so it also was hot and wilted, and a steak that was well done not med well. No I don?trecommend this place. The manager there has to be the most non-caring person I have ever met in food or retail. Just in case youare wondering they only had a couple customers in the place and people in and out for pick up. Other customers were upset aboutorders for pick up but none of them placed their order inside. What a waste of money. Read more
Me and my mom where waiting at Applebee's for our 20 minute wait time when we saw this place and thought " I've never been there... before, let's try it" so glad we canceled the other place because this was way better. We both got the tenders and steak. Shegot her steak medium I got mine medium rare but they nailed both. The whole order came out in under 10 minutes which wassurprising and the atmosphere was great. I also wanted to shout out my server Kyleigh, she was the only reason I gave the 5thstar. She clearly had alot of other tables but she was always right there when we needed her. The only critic I could think ofwas the chicken tenders could have been softer but they still packed alot of crunch that was nice. 10/10 will be coming back Read more

Always love O'Charleys food and this location has the freshest food option. I have been to the other locations but their food is... not as good as here. The cedar planked salmon is very fresh you would think you are eating at a seafood restaurant. Steak isgood. The free kids meal for every adult entree is also great for families with tiny kids. Oh, and dont forget to get thechicken strips, they are delicious! The free bread and butter will fill you up. Margaritas or red wines are also good pair toyour meal and they are priced reasonably here. Read more
Chicken tenders were not fresh, not sure if they put them in a warmer or not, but they were dried out and not hot. Baked potato... was cold, didn't melt the butter. Shrimp and steak were good, served hot and fresh. Service was good and friendly. Read more
