We order a pizza at 7:30pm and at 10pm it still says making on the website and when you call in, deliver time was 9. When you... actually call in they said they are running 2 hours behind and waiting on drivers. I get being short staffed or sudden upset tothe process but update the website to reflect your current process. Also don't lie to your customers and tell them it's almostready and it take another hour before it shows up. When the pizza did show up after 3 hours it was cold. We wanted to try adifferent pizza than Domino's but after this we will stick with them. At least they can get a pizza to you in under 45 min on abusy day Read more
I have always loved Papa John?s pizza but will never order from this store again. I ordered food at 6:30pm and didn?t receive my... food till 9pm. When the order showed up at my house all the food was cold and nasty to say the least. Terrible, terrible,terrible don?t know how else to say it. Read more
Do not eat at this location they wear no gloves, wear dirty street clothes the crew who made my pizza looked as if they do no... hygiene and were super super rude. Pizza had at least 2 hairs in it. What a waste of money. Definitely reporting to the healthdepartment. Poor management Read more
Our food always takes 2+ hours to get to here and it?s always cold and nasty. They put the sauce cups in the middle of the pizza... and it leaves big indents and they never make things right. We started doing pickup to avoid this and we still have the sameproblems we ordered a simple cheese pizza and cheese sticks and after waiting for an hour I go to pick it up and convenientlythey ?lost? the breadsticks because they swore they made them so I waited another 20 minutes for those and sat and listened toone of the employees complain about another employee and tell me that all of the problems we have had are because of him. On my last three orders with them, they were either completely wrong, way past the delivery time, cold, or had to be cancelled.... Tonight was probably one of the last times that I will order from one of my favorite pizza chains just because of the servicefrom this one location. Tonight we waited for an hour and a half then got a phone call from them saying that they could not makea extra large and asked if they could do a large instead which was ok but when I said yes they told me it would then be anothertwo hours. By far the worst pizza place in Middletown OH. Ordered for delivery at 6:00pm said an hour. After a hour and a half I call and... tell them I?m coming to get it. Get there at 7:30. We?re sorry it?s not ready. How? One pizza missing that?s how. Waited for thelm to remake the pizza. And I get one hour old pizza and one fresh. They should have remade both of them. Wow... No sauce on my wings. No blue cheese with my wings that I ordered. No Cheese dipping sauce with my order, that I ordered.... This "extra spicy sausage" pizza SUUUREEE looks like extra, doesn't it? Also, this is extra cheese as well..? Do the employeesjust pick and choose what they add to an order?! What a waste of money and a joke.. Don't bother. There are three Pizza Hutswith-in ordering distance. Always an 120 minute wait when I literally live 4 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous. I?d rather you not take my order at all... then make people wait over an hour for their dinner. Not ordering from this location ever in life. Read more
