This Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place but it's been years since I've ordered from them..I ordered last week and,... now, they're routing their calls through a call center and the lady I ordered with had a very thick Indian accent (had to haveher regular multiple things)... pizza was delivered by door dash... pizza was very soggy, bland and just bad compared to what Iremembered... probably going to be years before I order again. I have had wonderful pizza every time I have eaten here .. The only place in Middletown that has never messed up the food.
While past orders were delicious, this order was not. The crust was tough and dry. The sauce was too thick in some places and... all but nonexistent in others. The pizza was cold when it arrived. The mini buns were good though. Read more
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and let me tell you it was amazing. The toppings were perfect, I ordered half the way I like it... and half made another way, they did fabulous. The delivery driver was beyond nice and arrived early with a fresh hot pizza????we had a small order of apples pies and they were amazing we had to wait for them to cool off before we could even eat them????we will be ordering from here more often! Pizza was perfect. They have no dining in so you have to call ahead or wait. They have door dash in the day and their-own... drivers at night. As you see I could not wait to get a slice before I took phot. Read more
My family orders fairly regularly from this location and this is the absolute worst service I?ve ever received. When I placed my... order online, I was quoted a 25-35 minute wait for my 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas (and free with points breadsticks)to be delivered. I called after waiting over an hour and a half to check in with the store, just to be hung up on. The deliverydriver showed up well over an hour late. The order was $35. My husband handed her a $50 and she said she didn?t have ?that muchchange.? He clarified that she didn?t have $15 in change. She had $9 (online it stated drivers carry $20) so we had no choicebut to give her a $6 tip on top of the $4 delivery fee for an over an hour late pizza. I checked the pizzas in front of her tosee if they were warm- and they were lukewarm at best. The crust was so tough that we gave up on even trying to eat it. I?vekept my receipt and plan on going to the store tomorrow for a refund. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a management issuebut I won?t be returning. We?ve never gotten this service before! We got some pizza and hoagies there and they were really good and usually (being honest here lol) we order dominos hoagies but... here later there bread has been very hard and the dog wouldn't even eat it but the hoagies from pizza hut were on point! Thebread wasnt hard at all and wasnt all slopped/thrown together to where half the meat and toppings were completely off the breadand the pizza was actually cut all the way and not just half way cut like other places. BUT I gave a 4 cuz I wished they werekinda do a deal like domino's where if you order 2 or more items you get them at a certain price.. but overall we all enjoyedthe food and plan on ordering more often than domino's lol Read more
