I just go to this Starbucks to get a drink and or a sandwich and was told the oven was off for the night so they couldn?t make... sandwiches. I said okay and ordered my drink, they then said they could ?TRY?to make my caramel macchiato, but it may take areally long time because their espresso machine is about to break. It?s Saturday at 5:57 pm so I don?t understand why theyturned their oven off already. Seems to me like the kids working didn?t want to work so they just shut everything down. The place was a bit crowded. No room for the lines. There were a total of 7 people and in line. Just not alot of room for people... to wait for their drinks. While they handed out the drinks it was also very disorganized. They took some people's names but notall. So they would set the finished drinks down and walk away which led to people grabbing the wrong drinks. When we finally didget our drinks it was so strong we stopped and got sugar to add. We got an iced mocha and a hot mocha both were so strong itmade us gag. Not what we were used to. We will be sticking with five lakes coffee. Read more
They're not always 5-star, but they are when Katie is working and makes a Caramel Ribbon Frappe to die for. I won't get coffee... anywhere else. Read more
WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! Every time when I go there the staff have a sullen face and not doing their job well. They never made... good coffee. If I get coffee with cream, it tastes so milky. If I get black coffee, it tastes burnt coffee. They take orderswrong every time because they don?t listen what customer says. I ordered one iced coffee and they charged me for two icedcoffees and I had to head to customer services in the Kroger which where they located. I wasted my time!!!!! That?s the lasttime that I went that Starbucks!! I will never visit again. I wish I could take the pics of my order before I throw to thegarbage. HORRIBLE!!! Read more
I ordered an iced matcha latte extra sweet and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and made sure to put extra matcha... powder in it so it tasted bitter. I think I'll stick to going to proper Starbucks stores and going to ones in Target from nowon. Read more
I usually don?t do this so the fact I felt I should warn people not to go here is saying something waited 30 mins watched 5... people get a drink before mine who were there after me messed up my drink remade it gave it to someone else i politely asked tojust get a refund cause I had groceries and needed to go they told me the don?t do refunds I asked why she shrugged I said wellcan I get it put on a card or credit for next time again told no I said well can u remake my drink cause I still haven?t goteither of mine.
