Literally the worst service in any Starbucks that I?ve ever been to. I come here out of convenience because it?s in the grocery... store. The employees have zero sense of urgency, there?s often more than one person behind the counter that isn?t even helpingany guess. The amount of time it takes to get through one person?s order is absolutely ridiculous. They are not friendly andthey couldn?t care less how many people are in line. The place is a mess, I don?t know what training they go through but clearlythey need more, and they need a manager on staff making sure that they?re actually getting customers through the line. Every single time I go to this location I leave with my drink partially empty because they don't use enough to make a full... drink. Trying to fill the space with extra ice ince it's already in the cup is just a joke. I won't visit this location anymore. Read more

I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes... from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, sothis was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me ifI wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but toldher I'd be back when it's the morning ????. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth. My mom and I came here this afternoon and met Jim, or as people call him "uncle Jim". He was hilarious and one of the sweetest... people I've met. He seemed like genuinely enjoys his job and was excited to be there. Thank you Jim for your making me and mymom's day! Read more

Waited in line for 10 mins with only 1 customer ahead of me, then the barista Tami had a friend show up when she served first... before the 5 other customers that were waiting in line. After serving her friends she left disappeared for 5+ mins withoutwarning.. Overall horrible experience !! Read more
