Staying by the airport, I ordered a pizza for delivery. It was delivered directly to my hotel room 20 minutes earlier than... promised and the nice lady brought me paper plates and silverware. Incredible service!! Delicious piping hot pizza too. Highlyrecommended! Read more
I placed an order of a chicken delivery wrap and fries. Picked up order right away. Called the restaurant to inform them of the... condition of the wrap soggy and fell out of the wrap. Employee was quite the disrespectful to me S if I called to make acomplaint. I will never go back here again. I ordered through their website. My order included a large margherita pizza, and I was charged for that. Somehow their system... translated that order to "small white pizza" for the staff, and that's what they tried to give me. At first they told me I musthave messed up when ordering and didn't really seem to take my issue seriously, but then they checked their system and saw thatI was, indeed, charged for a large margherita. Kinda ruined our dinner since we were left with side dishes, but no main course.The worst part is that they said they'd refund the cost to my credit card, but they never did! Why even order toppings if they?re going to be this cheap with them. Pizza is either under baked or there?s half the amount of... toppings that any other pizza shop would put on. I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt to this place, but I should have paid attention to the reviews. I notice now... that most of the 5 star reviews are 2 or 3 sentences long - a good tip off that they're not real. I ordered the fettuccineAlfredo off the Build Your Own Pasta section. The sauce tasted like olive oil and milk (and that's pretty much what it lookedlike as well). The chicken was thin, dry, and chewy. The service wasn't awful but wasn't anything special. The best part of themeal was the bread that came with any entree. I ate a couple bites and didn't take it home with me. It just really reallywasn't good. Generally I'd give a place another chance and order something different, but based off the reviews, it sounds likeeverything is just as bad as the pasta. And $16?! This has been some time coming. I love this place, and my wife and I have been loyal customers for years. Tonight changed ALL of... that. Not only are their prices going up, while quality of food has gone down, but quality of staff and decent businesspractices have also gone WAY down. My wife ordered online a large pizza with half toppings on one half while the other had justplain cheese. When we got it, the entire pizza was covered in the toppings. When we called to ask about the mixup the woman saidthere was nothing she could do. Upon asking for the manager she claimed to be the manager and that she won?t refund us themoney, or replace the pizza. She told us this was all our fault essentially, and should have just called. Problem is, why evenhave online ordering available then? If you can?t comprehend simple reading comprehension on a third grade level from an onlineorder, you really think your hearing is going to be better? This is now the second time this has happened. This first time Iordered in person, and my order was wrong and the same woman refused me service, when a cook who knew I was a repeat customercame out a diffused the situation, and even gave me and extra few wings for my trouble. This woman tonight was blatantly rude,and downright disrespectful to my wife.
