I went to the bathroom before pumping gas and the bathrooms were disgusting and without toilet paper. Second, the employees had... gf/friends in there dancing in isles. Third, the outside is awful. I was at pump 3 and the pumps were covered in spider webs andI lost count as to how many spiders (which were huge) were there. Trash as far as I could see spilling out of trashcans. One of the cleaner Sheetz with flex fuel that was .11 cents cheaper than other local locations. Paid $3.86 on 6/1/22. Down side... of flex fuel: less miles per gallon. Has bagged ice & cases of water outside. Can pay with the app. Read more
I try to avoid posting reviews, but this place has messed up my order countless times and I feel I?m just spending extra for... less. Don?t come here in the evening! They will for sure mess something up! Today I ordered a cheesesteak sub with doubleprovolone, double meat, peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and toasted. What I got was a toasted roll with two pieces of unmeltedprovolone, no onions, no peppers, single serving of steak, no salt, no pepper. Unbelievable!!! i?m very unhappy with my sheetz store in middletown, pa 17057. store number 547, 1401 W Hairrsburg Pike. last night i had put... in an online order to pick up for myself at 10pm. i got to the store around 1015 pm because it had said that estimated time itwould be done is around 1009pm. i had ordered two milkshakes and an appetizer sampler. i went threw the drive threw to pick itup as i had requested, and the employee that was working the counter/drive threw, acknowledged that i had been at the window,but instead of greeting me, he completely ignored the fact that i was there. i sat there for about 20 minutes, waiting to stillbe greeted and given my order. another person had pulled up behind me to also get their order, and while i was waiting, iinformed him that he might be waiting awhile due to me not getting acknowledgment. after about 20 minutes i went inside to getmy order and it still took a few minutes to get greeted although there were no other customers in line. i had noticed that therewere 5 other people behind the counter as well. after i finally got his attention after about 10 minutes he finally asked if ineeded helped. i told him i had put an online order in and that i was waiting for quite a bit to receive it. when i got my appsampler it was cold after about a total of 40 minutes of waiting. my milkshakes were melted to the point that they were justmilk. so that being said i?m very unhappy with the customer service there and the amount of time i had to wait at the drivethrew along with inside. i didn?t even receive an apology.
