There was one poor woman working the counter and preparing the orders in the busy airport Starbucks. The line was long, people... were rude and demanding. She never once lost her cool. She maintained a sweet and kind demeanor throughout a very tryingsituation. And each order came out perfect. Kudos to this lady! Read more
Saw it was closed. It's 9AM and the gate was down. Saw a lady with a drink and asked her where she got it. Said here. So I've... been sitting here waiting for my plane to board for 45 minutes and someone in the back with gate pulled halfway down and nobodyto be seen. This is pathetic. Be open when your open, not half open, open when you want to be. I could see if you're one personand you need to go to the bathroom but like I said unless something unforseen has happened this is unacceptable. Read more
