I can?t say enough about how great Cheryl the bartender is. I?ve been coming here for several months after my late nights at... work. Cheryl greets me with a smile and always remembers my beer of choice. She?s the perfect amount of conversationalist andalways makes sure her customers feel welcome. She uses guests name and really makes me feel welcomed. Even with a packed bar andrestaurant, Cheryl always remains calm, cool and collected, she never shortens her service and always has a smile!! Food was good. Our wait was long. Our waiter didn't understand us. Our waiter would also take out almost empty drinks and would... just not give them back and also mid waiting on us she went and just talked for her coworker and would not help us. I went there for dinner tonight. Had gone twice before and it was great had the sirloin new entree with garlic mashed. Tonight... however was not at all the same. I asked for 8oz sirloin $2 fine excellent. The mashed were NOT garlic Ok no big deal but themeat was AWFUL! I felt as though I were chewing rubber. I told the waiter who was wonderful by the way. He asked if I wantedanother I said no, he said he would get the manager. The manager came and proceeded to tell me the waiter should have known totell me to stay with 6oz rather that 8oz because it cooks differently? I'm sorry what? I'm 59yrs old I've been to Castle Hill,Texas roadhouse, Brick Alley Pub and many more. I'm sorry it has NEVER BEEN ABOUT THE SIZE!! It's either the COOK or the QUALITYof that particular meat the same goes for hamburger for that matter. NO IT WAS NOT FOR THE WAITER TO TELL ME TO GET A SMALLERPIECE OF MEAT, NOR THE MANAGER TO PATRONIZE! Seriously that was the biggest crock I've heard in all my life!
