Chipotle is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The food was good and service pretty fast. After the cashier, the store... was all but neglected. No napkins and trash was overflowing. Most tables needed cleaning. We understand the challenge of gettingand keeping/training workers. There seemed to be enough workers to cover the basics but maybe they were more concerned withspeed rather than the overall appearance. We don?t want dine-in to be shut down so maybe a balance between speed andcleanliness? Lack of cleanliness creates doubt about what is being missed in food prep that we don?t see?. Read more
Been here about 3 times during my visit so far and I've had about 1 good/standard chipotle experience. The other 2 seemed to be... some staffing issues and making customers order online due to staffing issues. Appreciate them making it work while shorthandedbut pretty unprofessional to have it be a regular thing. Also 2/3 times my food has been significantly smaller than what I wouldnormally expect and they didn't include half the things I asked for. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I cannot recommend enough that you do NOT dine here. Ordered a meal through the app, waited in store,... as they would not prepare meals in front of customers. I get my meal and checked my order. They didn't have my meal completedand forgot my burrito. Then I checked the tacos and guess what..NO MEAT. When we talked to the manager after the unhelpfulcashier, they basically said that they don't care. When I'm paying $11.60 for three tacos, you'd like to think you'd get somelevel of quality. I generally cut chain restaurants some slack, but tonight was pretty bad. The restaurant was closed with signs placed all over... that said online ordering. When I arrived to pick up my order the store was dark. The sidewalk leading to the restaurant hadgarbage, food, and a dirty diaper strewn about. When I went in the place was filthy. There was food spilled on the utensiltable next to the sodas and an open glass of what appeared to be soda sitting there. A couple of guys were milling around. Itdidn't look like anyone was actually working there. I feel awful because I love Chipotle. But I would avoid this place. Read more
Oh my God, this restaurant was a total disaster. So dirty, tables, floors, soda machines and area of soda machines, counters... where ordering is done. Guys working we?re uncaring throwing things like our container when he had to grab lettuce for the oneof the many dirty looking EMPTY food holders that customers choose from. When asked for a container of their salad dressing forthe salad I ordered he said, ?We don?t have ANY DRESSINGS? . I looked at him in shock. Here I just ordered a salad and therewas NO Dressings to choose from. We walked over to TRY to find a clean table there was none so I grabbed napkins from mypocketbook and laid them over dirty table. There was not one napkin dispensers that had napkins. I took pictures of the mess Isaw. The two trash bins that were in the restaurant as we were exiting were so full of trash and filthy filthy. The glassdoors were all covered with dirty hand smudges. ITWAS ATROCIOUS. The one guy told me they were short staffed but there were 5guys working. I love Chipotle I hope things change at this location, they need a manager that takes the job seriously. Read more
By far the worst Chipotle I have ever gone. I have lived in the area for ten months and I have come here 4 times, only been able... to eat there once. It?s because they never have any food prepped. Tonight they had the front part closed and were only allowingonline orders but still had 6 employees milling about doing nothing. I can?t wait for next move in 3 months so I can be near aChipotle were the management is better. Read more
Terrible overall experience. Food - Out of fajitas veggies and chips were raw. Cleanliness - Tables and restrooms weren't... cleaned. Bad service. I tried to order quesadilla but they didn't take the order in-person Instead they asked me to orderonline, which took them 30+ mins. Read more
Went in around 2:00 in the afternoon. It wasn?t busy. The place was a mess. Totally disgusting. Trash all over the floors and... tables. Crumbs and food everywhere. Not a single table was clean. Soda spilled all over the floor. There was about four workerssitting around eating, laughing, joking around. No vinaigrette for salad, scraping the bottoms of pans to get throw one or twopeppers on the salad instead of getting new or making fresh. Ice machine empty, lemonade/ice tea machine empty and taken apartwith it laying all over the counter. I?ve worked in food service for 20 years and rarely leave reviews but if I was a managerhere I would be embarrassed and appalled. Read more
