Awesome food and amazing service. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they love their community. Although we... were just visiting, we felt super welcomed and enjoyed our short time here. Littia was absolutely amazing and made our whole day(give her a raise and promotion)!!! Delicious food, slightly over priced. This location is constantly slammed with orders and the wait time can be annoying if... you're in a rush. However they have a pickup station for pre-paid online orders now which reduces time. Overall great eats, weorder lunch from here almost weekly! Read more

If I could give no stars I would! This evening I ordered two hot sandwiches through delivery. When I called tonight at 8pm a... girl answered the phone and asked if I wanted delivery or pick up, so I said delivery Gave her my order, and was told that thefood would be delivered. 45 minutes later no food. One hour later, no food. So I proceed to call them and inquire about thewhereabouts of our food? The same girl tells me: your sandwiches have been waiting here for an hour , because the person whotook your order, did not specify door dash on the order. Mind you , she was the order taker! I said , I cannot believe no oneat the shop called me? She said well theyve been sitting here an hour, you can come and get them before we close in a fewminutes. I said ,so I'm going to be offered cold, " hot sandwiches" with no refund?! She said , yes that's correct. I saidwell I want my door dash charges taken off .. Mind you , the charge for the 2 sandwiches through door dash was $32.47 .. shesaid we can't do that .. Another guy gets on the phone and says the same thing and hangs up the phone on me twice!! RUDE RUDEworkers or manager! And they basically stole my $32.47 and I've been left with no sandwiches and stolen money ! I amreporting this to the headquarters and the police ... I have checked my credit card transactions, a couple of times and thecharges are still there! The AUDACITY!!! Shame on you D'Angelos Sandwiches in Middletown RI ! Excellent sandwiches and a great value for the price. Full of meat and very filling. The chocolate chip cookies are large and... great tasting too. Would highly recommend over other sub places in the Middletown, RI area. Can order online or call in to pickup. Read more
The minute I opened my car door in the parking lot the yummy smells, coming from the grill, had my mouth watering. The menu... looked delicious but I had my mind already set on the lobster roll and lobster bisque. They did not disappoint. Everything wasfresh and creamy. The bisque, had a nice flavor, though I could have used a pinch of salt. It would have also been nice tohave some larger pieces of lobster in there. The lobster roll was delicious and the pieces of lobster meat were huge. I wentfor the medium, which was 6 ounces of the lobster salad. I would definitely say to make sure you have a fork as there is enoughlobster on there that you really want to take some off to make the sandwich a little easier to eat and not as messy as it couldbe. Our group also had the Chicken #9, the Steak #9, Buffalo Chicken wrap and a Lobster Salad, all of which look and smelleddelicious and were rated by the eaters as very good. If you are on the Middletown/Newport, RI area you should give D'Angelo's atry. Read more

The team was so friendly and greeted everyone when they walked in, they... brought my sandwich to me where I was sitting and double checked that I had everything I needed.
