The owner I must say is top notch.... I have had a few conversations with him and he does a awesome job with criticism far... beyond any owner should considering he cannot make drastic changes to the menu to appease all the palettes in the area... So thesteak and cheese was in the convo and one friend said it was garbage but I tried it and I found it to be delicious but I gave arandom friend a free sandwich coupon that owner gave me he tried that and the Italian and he is a picky as heck with food and hewas in love with both. There was a long line but the crew got through it quickly. Food was amazing as always.
I don't usually review restaurants, but I needed to take a moment in this case. The team here really just defied my... expectations. I placed a pickup order online, and arrived maybe 10 minutes before it was ready. As I waited, at least threedifferent employees checked in with me to make sure I was being take care of, and checked on the status of my order. Past that,they were all polite about it! The order was made exactly as we put it in, and also was finished exactly on time, despite itbeing relatively busy. One employee even helpfully pointed out where I could pick up soda and chips, without me asking her forclarification. This probably all sounds like small stuff, but I'm so used to fast food establishments phoning it in, or beinggenerally jaded about what they're doing. I don't live around Middletown so I won't roll by here too frequently, but this wholestaff needs serious kudos, and I'll definitely be checking out other locations in the future. Either add half an hour to order ready estimates or don't bother ordering using the app at all. You are better off just... standing in line. EDIT Staff refunded me after my order took 45 minutes longer than the 15 minute estimate. Nice that they didthat, so I bumped it up a star. I'd still avoid online orders. Read more

Was so happy to hear that they were opening a Jersey Mike's in Middletown. The inside is very nice, plenty of seating, and the... subs are fresh and filling.
