Extremely unprofessional! Any military members visiting Newport or Middletown stray away from this establishment! I ordered 2... hours before closing and they purposely delayed my order and cancelled it because they're too lazy to do their own jobs or evencall. Literally ZERO notification that they cancelled my order and they'll refuse to answer the phone if you try to reach out tothem. I've picked up pizza several times here before and they are quite rude. The day I order delivery to avoid the rude staff,they can't even get that right. Recommended for those who don't want pizza because you'll never get it. Read more

Food is always decent when we order from Port. Last night we we?re missing a portion of our online order and when I contacted... the establishment to explain, I expected them to tell me I would need to call doordash for a refund, but instead, the staff wasvery polite and explained that they were out of curly fries which is why they sent regular fries, and our mozzarella sticks weregoing to be sent out right away with the additional order of fries we were missing. We received the remainder of our order plusa complimentary giant cookie for the trouble. Thank you for accommodating us so quickly and handling the situation soprofessionally.
