Extremely unprofessional! Any military members visiting Newport or Middletown stray away from this establishment! I ordered 2... hours before closing and they purposely delayed my order and cancelled it because they're too lazy to do their own jobs or evencall. Literally ZERO notification that they cancelled my order and they'll refuse to answer the phone if you try to reach out tothem. I've picked up pizza several times here before and they are quite rude. The day I order delivery to avoid the rude staff,they can't even get that right. Recommended for those who don't want pizza because you'll never get it. Read more

Food is always decent when we order from Port. Last night we we?re missing a portion of our online order and when I contacted... the establishment to explain, I expected them to tell me I would need to call doordash for a refund, but instead, the staff wasvery polite and explained that they were out of curly fries which is why they sent regular fries, and our mozzarella sticks weregoing to be sent out right away with the additional order of fries we were missing. We received the remainder of our order plusa complimentary giant cookie for the trouble. Thank you for accommodating us so quickly and handling the situation soprofessionally. Everytime I got there I'm greeted with a friendly "what's up, man?" They can cook a mean pie and have great customer service.
Apple crisp: canned apples, no crisp just some granola. Couch potato: boxed mashed potatoes, with nacho cheese on top, not... cheddar... Got some other stuff that was Mediocre at best. Read more
Forgive me if this is long but I want to be able to depict the entire take out experience. Well at least my experience. Called... to order take out for the first time. The lady picked up and asked if I could hold. I heard over the phone she gave orders topeople in person and figured she would be right with me. Nearly 6 minutes later I am still on hold and she forgot to come backto the phone and left it off the hook. I could here what was going on in the kitchen but decided to hang up and call back. Aftercalling back 10 times (because she left the phone off the hook) I finally got through. I ordered a XL pizza half cheese halfpepperoni. The pizza was filling and could have been cooked more but it was some of the best pizza I?ve had in the area. Triedto order a Caesar salad but they were all out of Caesar dressing. Instead I ordered cheese fries and they were amazing! Thefries were crispy and not soggy and the nacho cheese poured on top reminded me the nachos you get at a game. Would get thoseagain in a heartbeat. Finally we wanted an all chocolate dessert pizza but the lady told me they were all out of the allchocolate cookie crust. We opted for the chocolate chip cookie crust and it was delicious and very sweet. 40 minutes later whenI went for pick up I went in the front door. I thought I went in the wrong door because I basically walked right into thekitchen! There was a small table off to the right with a register. No more than one person can go in at a time to get foodbecause that?s how tight and small the front area was. Overall, despite having issue ordering, them not having certain items,and the slightly undercooked pizza it was still a good meal and I would go back again over other pizza places in the area. Ordered a pizza a month or so back and it was pretty terrible. Thought I would never go back, but because of limited... availability on a Sunday night, I give them another try. Ordered chicken tenders and fries, was relatively confident theycouldn?t make that badly. Wrong, they substituted boneless chicken wings for the chicken tenders and just completely omitted thefries.
