Normally the sandwiches are made decently. Yesterday I had the best made sandwich I've had from any subway. I usually go in to order to oversee the sandwich makers to ensure my order is correct. I usually have to correct them because... they forget things or charge you for items you did not order. Ordering online is a no go! I ordered online from this Subway andthey found a way to screw it up royally! I ended up with 2 subs I didnt even order, and time lost that could have been saved ifyou just had a robot do it........... Read more
Great subway location. Pre portioned meats. Clean. Dont skimp you on veggies, like some subways do... I like heavy veggies so... its nice not having to ask for more and more toppings. With coupons the sandwiches are not too expensive. Which allows me moretipping room. Its nice to tip your sandwich artist. Use a coupon and tip! Read more
Curly red blonde Manager is rude to customers. Not the first bad experience we've had with this manager. First I normally... wouldn't comment on a person's appearance but if you are the Manager, it May work in your favor to not have your hair appear asthough you Just rolled out of bed and did nothing, it's gross. You work in FOOD service. Second, when helping a customer, thatyou know spends Hundreds of dollars a month at your location, you Might Not want to make snide comments about what you make forthem while they're in front of you! The Only reason I continue to stop at this location is because they carry an ingredient welike. That's going to change. This manager has grossed us out and is blatantly rude while slapping meat on bread like she can'twait to get you out. Almost wonder if the constant employee turnover we see here isn't because of this manager. If you Don'twant to be there, stop tainting people's food with your bad attitude and Go do something else. The only Subway I have been to that never runs out of inventory. I have been to a few where they say they are out of anything... from pickles to the seafood salad. This one always has everything or they are in the back preparing stuff. This is a well runrestaurant. Read more
I go here because the ingredients are fresh and the workers are friendly and efficient. The one on NAVSTA, where I work, is slow... and the ingredients (veggies) are often in terrible shape. This is exactly why I would rather drive off base and go to this one(238 E Main). The manager has their act together. Also, as for those who are complaining, if you simply treat the workers withkindness, they will do whatever they can to make sure your sandwich is exactly what you asked for. Too many people come throughand act like jerks - I have seen it - and the workers at this Subway have honestly handled even jerkish customers well. Read more
First and last time! Poor customer service talking over me as i was trying to let her know how many sandwiches i needed and so... it would be easier for her. Had to repeat more then 3 times to the point she didnt ask if i wanted my bread toasted or what kindof cheese. Too busy having a conversation with her co worker and let me remind u she stabled herself and didnt bother to washher hands or tell her team mate to take over i just said forget it.
