DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I go here every other week or so and every time the order is either wrong or something is missing. I... never post reviews/complain, but after seeing the countless one star reviews, and the countless incidents I?ve had here, I feltsomething finally needed to be said I went on 10/5 and sat in line for 10minutes and at the speaker for another 15 minuteswithout a single word said to me, even though I could hear the mic clicking over every few minutes. After waiting 25minutes, Ipulled up to the window to place my order there and found another car in front of me requesting a refund and yelling at theemployees. I called and after the second time, a young guy picked up to apologize for them being short staffed and becausesomeone placed a $60 order?. the whole country is short staffed. A little communication to let me know it was going to be alittle bit or that they wouldn?t be able to take my order at that time would have been a lot more appreciated then wasting 25minutes sitting in the rain. THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A NEW TEAM NEEDS TO BE HIRED. Read more

Showed up to pick up an Uber eats order and the store had closed early at 10:18. Either staff is closing early (who we?re super... rude over the speaker, the boy taking the order as well as his coworkers in the background saying ?I am not making no Uber eatsorder?) or management failed to update Uber eats and their google listing. Workers don't follow instructions at all. Have a severe allergy to cheese. In which when ordering I asked for no cheese on any... of the items and each item I recieved contained cheese. Very annoying. Definitely one of the worst locations around. Read more
So bad I had to call corporate office with pictures of what was going on, 45 minutes for 3 tacos and a taco pizza ,small... rootbeer, and the seating area was dirty . So we left with no food because we had appointments to be somewhere else. Othercustomers also getting a little upset, they are more interested in uber eats Read more
Don't know if I'll come back to this one but I Ordered the new "Steak White Hot Ranch Fries Burrito" and received what you see... here. It's nothing but fries, rice, and fritos chips all wrapped up into a burrito, No steak on this whatsoever! Got a few bitesin thinking that I'd eventually get to the steak... I was wrong. Read more
I enjoy coming to this taco bell because for the most part, the staff is very friendly. The only issues I seem to always have is... small or inconsistent food portioning and sometimes I have waited 15+ mins in the drive-thru for my order. That is absolutelyinsane. It's also very dark around here at night and creepy. Update. Dine in today. The place is clean & the cashier is superfriendly and great at multitasking. However, the kitchen is very slow despite being moderately busy. Read more
