Why are half the parking spaces next to a door that is exit only? It's not marked as that so after you get there you find you... have to circle the building to get in. I now just go elsewhere if there isn't free parking near the only working door. Thefood is standard McDonald's. Service is best if you go in and order from a kiosk. Most of the menu screens don't work so knowwhat you want if you go to the counter. Read more
The kids love MCD. What kind doesn't enjoy chicken nuggets? We always go through drive thru and the speed is always quick. Middletown VA location deserves a 4.5 really. Having worked at a McDonalds in my youth, I feel I know what to look for. The... greeting at the order counter is always prompt and the food always comes out fast. It?s usually ready for me before I everfinish my transaction at the register. But it comes at a cost to the product. I usually get a double cheeseburger or a QuarterPounder. The cheese slices are supposed to be rotated 45 degrees from each other. They usually aren?t. And a medium fry tends tobe somewhere between a small and medium. Other than that, the product is good, hot, and fresh. The restaurant is clean and neat.However, the employees need another designated smoking area other than 8 feet from a customer entrance. Read more
