Typical subway, fresh food, decent staff, not really any seating except for in the gas station it's located.
Advertised to open at 11am, but open earlier, which is fantastic. No manager on duty and the wonderful employee apologizes they... cannot give me fresh lettuce to replace the brown lettuce for fear of getting written up. Awful customer service and apparently Sara thinks it?s ok to talk down to customers. Order online for 1220 pickup, not done, no... big deal it?s lunch time I get it. But when I ask if it?s ready I was told no because I it?s ?not 1230 so you have 11 minutes?not even asking for my name. Then asked if I even ordered from the right subway, again, not even asking for my name yet. Thenafter finally asking for my name and realizing no one has touched the order because let?s have 4 people working at lunch timebut have 3 people hang out in the back she decided to blame the computer because it didn?t print off the order. Absolutely awfulexperience and didn?t realize it?s an inconvenience to order lunch. For someone who lives less then a mile away I will never goback to this location. My experience at this subway was nothing less than Magnificent. Hailey was my artist at the time and now I understand why that?s... what you call them. Sandwich was truly a work of art. She was kind and friendly and made me feel like my sandwich was importantto her. She truly turned my day around with just her smile. Not that I could see it cause she was wearing a mask but I couldtell. It was radiant. She deserves whatever she makes plus more. I would want no other person making my sub. Read more
I work nearby and stop there basically every day to pick up breakfast/lunch. They know me by name and know what I like to order.... I keep going back not just for convenience, but because the staff are great. My experience there has always been good, and thathelps to keep my day pleasant in general. We went to a ballgame, and when it was done we went to Subway for supper. I had an Italian BMT. It's nice to be able to make it... just the way I like it. Boy was it ever good!
