Normally a good sub sandwich. Well my last review was not good and this update is not any better. 9pm last night. Ordered a... subway club. She put the turkey on them the cheese and toasted it. I had to ask where the beef and ham were. So she went backand added the cold beef and ham on top of the already melted cheese. No offer of cheese on top of that or a re toast of thesandwich. I visited this subway around 1:00 on 6/2/22. The two women that were working the line were so incredibly nice. The lady that... actually made my sandwich took such nice care to make sure my sandwich was nice and neat. She was so polite and just seemed verykind. The other girl that rang me up, asked all appropriate questions to make sure I got everything I needed. Both of them havevery friendly smiles, didn?t rush me, and looked happy to be there. I wish I had gotten their names because this was the bestexperience I have had in a subway in years. The store was clean! Especially the line (which is what I care about the most).Kudos to these girls ???? thanks for a great lunch. Read more

Had an online order and when to go pick it up at the time the app said it would be ready. Went in and it wasn?t ready. On top of... that, I had to wait 20 minutes in the store for them to make it. Other people in line was getting their food before I did eventhough they can in after me. This is the second time it happened. Went in the second time on 5/20/2022 at around 11:30. Read more

I have never been treated as nasty by a person who deals with the public as I was today I went to this subway on 5.17.22 @... around 4:30pm and attempted to order a 6 inch subway melt deluxe and the woman who prepared my sandwich was the nastiest personI've ever encountered it took all I could not to reach over the glass and slap her. First she acted as though the sandwich I wasordering was something created on Mars I ordered a 6 inch subway melt deluxe she proceeded to pile meat on the bread as if Iasked her for a pound of meat to the point where I had to tell her to stop. She was extremely nasty.if she was an employee ofmine she would no longer have a job. I will never ever spend my money in this location again I will drive across town first. Theowner of this location should get rid of her. I was not rude to this woman at all. I'm appalled that a business days like thishas to hire employees like her. I ended up paying for a sandwich with double meat when that's not what I asked for. You need tohire pleasant workers not nasty ones. Staff doesn't disinfect between visits, and when I asked the sandwich maker to change gloves after making a sandwich with... components I was allergic to, I was treated like a hassle. I didn't appreciate that. Milgen Rd does way better. Read more

This location is a joke. I placed and paid for a pickup order through the app. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff said... they ?didn?t get it .? I showed them my confirmation number on the app and they told me that it must not have come through andto resubmit the order. I said that I?m not doing that. You need to find the order and make it. The dude then begins diggingthrough the trash to find my online order receipt!! I kid you not! And then he says ?found it?. So then they proceed to makethe order AFTER they get through the 4 people in line first. Twenty five minutes later, I?m watching these ?workers? just taketheir time and mess up the order all at once. Once I saw that they didn?t even start the personal pizza until after the restof the order was completed??.I was done. One of the ladies in the line that was having a sandwich made (not one of the originalfour customers in line to begin with, but a new customer) yelled that there was a fly on her sandwich and had the workers remakeit. Either they were all new workers and didn?t know what I?m the world they were doing OR they just didn?t care. (My personalbelief is that it was the later). While I was waiting for the order, two of the three workers came around and sat in a boothand started eating and looking at their cell phones. I can?t make this up.
