Just walked out of this Zaxby's . Took my dinner with me after I received it. This place is a mess! Floors were filthy, glass... doors were gross, staff talking with each other. What's up? Won't be back inside ever again. Never been to such a nastyZaxby's. Hope Cane's comes to Columbus! Read more

The food was excellent, staff very courteous and helpful. The only thing I can say was the floor was slippery and hard to walk... on for people that has a hard time. Overall good experience. Read more

Not sure exactly what happened to this location but goodness gracious the service and speed have completely fallen off. It use... to be a pretty good place to go but don?t go if you?re in a hurry or if you want quality food. There is absolutely no sense ofurgency either. The employees do not care that you are waiting too long for ?fast food?. Avoid this place. Read more

this location lacks communication. people were waiting 20 minutes+ for online orders. the two girls up front need to communicate... better. one put a bag of food down on the counter without telling the other, and the other completely overlooked it somehow andlet it sit there. that was my food. everything was super cold when i got home. at least i have an air fryer to reheat it. I love Zaxby?s. Normally they have great service in a timely manner including during the lunch and dinner rushes! Unfortunately... at this location, order attention is not where it needs to be. I?ve been to this Zaxby?s on three different encounters and havenot received a correct order yet, and no I don?t mean they left out a sauce or two! I wouldn?t recommend this location! This used to be a fantastic location, but it has since deteriorated. Both drink machines had been out of commission for a number... of weeks. The drive-thru is a joke because it is so slow, and the customer service is terrible. I understand there were issueswith COVID, but it is now an old issue, and continuing to blame the service on it is ridiculous. When I want zaxbys, I'll travelto another place till they fix these issues. Read more

I ordered online ahead of time for a 6:30pm pick up. When I arrived food wasn't ready, was told they didn't receive an order for... me however, I had a receipt in my email that I did indeed order and was charged $45. Anyway, they said they would start my orderright away because all of a sudden they located my order. Fast forward 30 minutes and my food was finally ready. Sadly somestaff were super nice, but others were arguing amongst themselves. I get it that the service industry is short staffed but 30minutes for so called fast food? This was by far my worst experience here and probably will never order online again at thisZaxby's location. Read more
