My family are frequent fliers at this Applebee's and we appreciate that the staff remember us. We have had a few less than... perfect meals unfortunately, but the staff always make up for it. This restaurant has that "going home" comfort, just with achance of "I could do this at home" food every once in a while. Read more

Steak was done correctly, broccoli mushy & over-spiced, red skinned mashed potatoes cold & tasteless. Server was preoccupied... with something while serving us, also he had absolutely no customer service skills. Guess everyone has a bad day once in awhile. Ordered a steak rare and it came out medium well, they recooked it and no flavor at all no seasoning tasted like an old frozen... steak that had freezer burn, I also got a side salad with blue cheese dressing the dressing tasted like ranch dressing mypartner with me it took 15 minutes for her to get her soda. Her steak was medium well but she ordered it medium rare. Had a great visit to Chili's on December 24th, 2021. The waitress was very nice, drinks and food were delivered promptly and... tasted great. Checkout was easy with the kiosk on the table and I was able to leave a custom amount for a tip. The rewardsprogram is a plus but not the reason I visit. The food has definitely improved over the last few years and I'll be back for morewhen I want a quick and good meal. Read more
