???????? I am so disappointed in this Culver?s #485. I regular drive downstate for medical visits. The Eastman Rd exit is about... the 1/2 mark. I have stopped at this Culver?s several times, and more times than not, I have had issues. Most recently this pastSaturday I stopped with my family and spent over $50 ordering food via the drive through. And once again they mixed up theorder. They shorted us a dinner, they put the wrong items in one of the concrete mixers, and forgot ingredients in another.After waiting for the order to be ?prepared fresh? we rushed to get going on the road and didn?t realize the problems until wewere on the highway. The Culver?s price point is too high to continually screw up my food orders. I am very unhappy with theEastman Rd Culver?s and cannot recommended this restaurant. Read more
Delicious food, and friendly staff. The menu is varied with burgers, chicken, fish, and salads. They are a superior quality fast... food restaurant. Kids get free frozen custard with their meals. Read more
Very service oriented. I saw a woman with her kids and her own mother served by a young woman who had been trained to talk to... the kids. They were wearing soccer uniforms and she asked if they had played and if they won. What a return visit that tacticwould create. It helps that they had plenty (senior citizens) to help serve and make the experience nice. My hat is off to theowner, her people were trained very well. Read more
Busy afternoon and great job on evening of 9/2! I never mind waiting for fresh food and it is exactly that every time. As always... fantastic crew and service. Had quality control going on making sure everyone was getting correct orders and then there was thisflash of light every couple of seconds. When we received our concrete mixers I realized the flash of light I saw were theemployees delivering the goods. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Read more
Went to Midland Mi location. We went with 3 grandchildren and had a wonderful experience. Even our 13 yr old was laughing. The... staff was wonderful and the customers around us were happy. Each kid got a kid meal so individually took up their free scoop ofdelicious custard coupon to the counter. The food was great. The people around us were offering their custard coupons to us. Inot easily impressed. I have spent way, way, way more $$$ at restaurants and amusement parks and felt depressed. Nana and I havestill been talking about this days later. We felt like at home for a great meal and it was just hamburgers and chicken tenders.We probably couldn't duplicate but this site has the staff, the setting, and the food to try. Read more
Stopped by for a late lunch at 2pm on a Sunday. Incredibly slow. Been standing here for take out for over 20 minutes and the... food is not been started to be prepared. This location definitely needs some new management and help. Disappointed. Read more
The Chick-fil-A of burgers! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Super clean. Out of this world butter... burgers. Tried the crinkle fries that came highly recommended, but tasted like all the other crinkle fries I don't like... Ithink I just don't like crinkle fries! BUT on the trip home we stopped again and I wasn't disappointed with their cheese curds(and repeat butter burger)! Read more
