Okay first off, I love Jimmy Johns! I go to all locations all over Michigan! (Traverse city, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant) I have never... had any issues w/ my order except at this midland location! I order the same thing every time and they almost always mess it up!Today I got my sandwich and they forgot the meat! I ordered a beach club w/ no lettuce and EZ cheese! It was correct but noturkey! It?s actually quite impressive that the sandwich was basically correct but w/ no meat! So I paid $10 for a sandwich w/cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers, Mayo & avocado! I don?t know if it?s too many people making a sandwich at one time but to meit?s unacceptable! I?ll take my business across the street to Subway or Jersey Mikes! Don?t waste your time & money here goacross the street! The customer service isn?t that great either! Read more

Poor hours & no delivery makes this location useless. 7PM is still dinner time and y?all are closed. If this is a staffing... issue, I can only assume management is trash and they can?t keep workers. Read more

I love Jimmy John's! Food is great staff are great. Reason for 2 star review is due to loud music playing to point it made it... difficult to order effectively and wait for subs. I chose to go in as drive-thru was very busy! Read more

My experience with the sub shop across the street suggested preference was given to on-line orders. After reading all the... negative reviews, I almost did not go. I walked in, service was fast and friendly. The sub was good until I bit into the JimmyPeppers?then it was fantastic! Read more

Treated us awful, disrespectful staff will no longer eat there. Have been spending almost 50 dollars everyday there which will... now be spent at jersey mikes across the street. Basically said our staff is too new, what to clean a table. They have been therefor months at a minimum. What a crock. Read more

Lobby is never open, we eat there everyday for lunch and have to eat on the sidewalk outside in the heat. They have all the... tables marked "not available" except a couple. Can't sit at those either, as we got yelled at for sitting down to eat our lunch. They claim its due to lack of staff, but they have like 20 people working, more like due to staff laziness. Read more

I don't know if they are still understaffed or if the staff just doesn't care anymore. Maybe it's a bit of both. They close way... too early, and apparently rarely deliver now. I don't think the "Subs so fast you'll freak" is even their slogan anymore...morelike "if you are able to get a sub from us you'll freak". Beyond the nebulous operational schedule, they make mistakes that aremore confusing than anything. Ordered a Hunter's Club with extra roast beef...got it home (because they didn't deliver thatrandom day), and it was a Hunters Club with roast beef (normal amount) and turkey....? Like, it takes more effort to mess up asandwich that way than to just forget the extra meat. Also, if they say they close at 7, you better pray you don't get there at7:00:01. They take that closing time seriously. On one rare occasion where they were actually delivering, I was told I shouldn'teven bother ordering food at 6:40 because they closed in 20 minutes. OK...guess I'll take my money across the street then? Maybethey should have a commission-based pay to have some incentive to provide at least passable customer service? But whatever -it's a sandwich, and basic one at that. Shame on me for being too lazy to just make it myself I guess. Not a recommend. Read more

The food was great and never any issues with the order. However, I don't think they should have the delivery option available if... they are going to make one person do all the deliveries. We had to wait 2 hours for 2 sandwiches because of this. I feel bad forthe employee. Either have more delivery drivers or remove the option for the time being. I get there's a staff shortage goingon, but it doesn't mean you should unload all the work on one employee. Read more
