The food is good, there is an occasional mistake but the staff are always incredible about getting it fixed. I was able to... reserve the "garage" space to use for my Wedding reception, and the staff were incredible about getting us set up and served,and the manager gave me a $50 gift card as a wedding gift, which I super didn't expect. Utter disappointment. Wish I had read recent reviews before coming here. There was us and three other tables for lunch rush.... Waited on by bartender who was friendly but very inattentive. I had to go to bar to ask for refill on drink and stand up towaive her down for check. We ordered two tasteless (although they looked good and lettuce was fresh) salads that took over 20minutes to get in an empty restaurant. Read more

I admit I haven't been to Logan's for some time, mostly due to COVID. On today's visit nothing was what I remembered. The... menus were completely different but that's okay change can be good. However, we went around 4:30 and surprisingly it was notthat busy. We placed our orders, drank our pop and ate some rolls. That part was fine. They brought out our salads and thatwas delicious. Then we waited, and waited, and waited some more.... an hour more. Finally our meal came and we both instantlyknew.... It had to have been sitting there waiting for delivery most of that hour because everything was barely luke warm andthe gravy had developed a thick skin. It was quite discussing. I wanted to send it back but my sister was afraid they wouldspit in our food.... So we ate it cold. Blech! Needless to say most of it came home in a box for reheating later. They usedto have really good food but now they smother your steak in onions, with mushrooms that are so salty they are barely edible. Racoons enjoyed it though. Our waitress was all over the place and never stopped to see how we were doing... She never evenlooked at us.. Probably because she knew that it had been sitting there forever. I ordered the meatloaf with BBQ smoke fries. Not sure of the exact name but it was pretty large portion of meatloaf. Definitely... will be a filling meal. Meatloaf was excellent. Gravy was really good, mushrooms and onions cooked well. The fries on theother hand, just fries with some spice sprinkled on. Nothing fancy, not bad, just was expecting something a little different. Our waitress was excellent! On the drink refills and the food came out in a timely manner. Only issues I have, the smell. Theres a strange odor throughout the entire store. The bathroom looks like it was just mopped but a pile of who knows what ontop of the drain on the floor. Nice ambiance, just the smell. Not sure whats up with that. I was in the mood for a good ribeye steak and hoped this would be a good spot for that. First of all my pet peeve includes being... asked to close my tab because the person has to leave or do something else. Got my dinner and the choice of meat cuts here justterrible. My Ribeye cut was much closer to the Sirloin cut as the marbling was nonexistent. Kinda what you would expect fromDennys except they charge accordingly to what they serve. When I asked my server about my meal she just said sorry that what youget here. I travel alot and I heavily depend on these reviews to direct me on good choices for dinner and help enjoy my travels.I'm not writing this review to be mean I'm just letting other people know what to expect when they travel through this findtown. Food, was good. Service left a whole lot to be desired. For the most part our order was taken in a timely manner and food was... also delivered in a timely fashion. But, after that it completely went down hill. We had to ask 3 different people for ketchupand cocktail sauce. We finally got some ketchup after asking a manger but never did get any cocktail sauce. Completelyunacceptable. Also we waited a good long while for someone to bring us a bill. Definitely will not go to Logan's in Midlandagain hopefully the location in Saginaw is more customer oriented.
