Here visiting, and found Lucky's. Was seated immediately, but seat was dirty. Took about 10 mins for waitress to appear for... drink orders. Took a few to get them, and she spilt some of mine. Had to ask her to clean it and she acted put out about it. Food was decent when it finally came, except Brussel sprouts. They were burnt and tasted horrible. Waitress offered to swapout, but we declined. Waitress was ok, checked on us a couple times, but was more attentive in hurrying us out the door. Read more
Poor service all the way around. My salad came with a plastic bag in it. The server didn?t seem to care. The manager laughed and... didn?t do anything about it until I complained for 15+ minutes. Her excuse? I?m new? Yeah, we?ll pass on Lucky?s and advise youto do the same. Read more

I always enjoy a trip to Lucky's and tonight was no different. The music was spot on, food prepared and served well, and the... staff on point even though they were slammed. The atmosphere is a bit loud but not rowdy. I love the savory bread and butterthat starts the meal and recommend everything on the menu. If you're a horseradish fan, the prime rib with creamy horseradishsauce is incredible. Also, try the gorganzola encrusted steak, you won't be disappointed if blue cheese is your thing! Read more
First time here and the food even though it looks great on the plate, but not so much the taste, too much flavor, seasoning and... salty! The Caesar salad was swimming in the dressing, but the server Jessica was super nice to bring us another salad. She didan amazing job!The food came quick. My wife and I arrived Saturday a little after 8pm. It was pretty busy. We were seated right away. The table was a little greasy... when we sat down. You could tell it had been wiped in a hurry. It was also pretty drafty. They brought us bread right away whichwas cool, but it took about 10 minutes for our drinks. So we were comically thirsty. Our waitress was a short, petite brunettein her 40s with glasses and was super nice. I think she said her name was Jessica. I ordered the big porterhouse with Germanfries and French onion soup, very international. My wife ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and cheesy potato soup. Ourwaitress brought my soup out and informed my wife that they were out of cheesy potato soup. She was pretty disappointed. Thewaitress was very nice though and asked how she could make it right. So that was nice. My French onion soup was delicious. Whenanother lady brought us our entrees they informed my wife that they were also out of mashed potatoes. So they brought her abaked potato. So they didn't have the soup she wanted nor the side. Pretty crazy. The steaks were both cooked properly and werejuicy and delicious. But the sides weren't very good. My German fries were overly burnt and the baked potato they substitutedfor the mashed potatoes they were out of my wife said was overcooked. Near the end of the meal, the waitress brought me anotherdrink but not my wife who was almost out of her drink. That was weird. Finally when the waitress gave us the bill and came backto grab my card, she then finally offered my wife a refill but we were leaving, so that also was ridiculous. But we left ourwaitress over 20% tip as she seemed like she was trying her best. Read more
This place is amazing!! I would give 10 stars if possible. I ordered an 18oz New York strip, and the wife had the sirloin,... both of which were cooked to perfection!! They served warmed bread and we also had their French onion soup - also amazing. Ourserver was excellent and we had a great experience!! Prices were very reasonable and now we have a new favorite steak house!!! Read more
