Ordered online. Received confirmation and order-is-ready emails. But found that it was not ready. I had to bump around to figure... out what happened - I do not understand why I had to figure out. Nobody cared. Nobody wanted to care to not get involved in anissue. That's what I saw. Similar experiences over the last few years. Workflow issue both online and in store. It is notgetting better. I frequent this Panera bread quite a bit and usually things are great. Tonight was not, my grilled cheese looked like it was... assembled by a toddler. When I went to pay for my order which was $10.68, I pulled out $10 and then .67 cents out of my pocketwhich was all the change I had in my pocket. Rather than break another dollar because I was a penny short, I asked if the drivethru had a penny to cover the penny I was short. Girl working the drive thru took the money and then a few moments later cameback saying I was a penny short. I replied by saying that was why I asked if you had a penny. Not upset or anything just didn?twant to add more change to my pocket. So I give the girl a dollar for my penny that I am short. I then receive my change andit?s not .99 cents like it should?ve been it was .79 cents. At that point I was just irritated and left because it would?vetaken even longer for her to recount it out and It was only .20 cents off. So when the till gets counted tonight and it?s .20cents over that will be why???????????? $15+ and hour and a grilled cheese can?t be cooked right and change can?t even becounted back right. Food is good but almost every time I get food from here I am missing items. It doesn't matter if I am going through the drive... thru or getting delivery. I will pay extra for items, such as an extra side or a bread bowl, and it will be on my receipt/bag,yet its missing from the bag. Read more
For the money spent on quality food you would think some care would be taken while preparing the food. Some parts of lettuce are... junk and shouldn't be served, but somebody didn't care and served it anyway. No surprise really, these days you have to be happyyou got served. Read more
The prices are high. We got two cookies and a bowl of soup it cost thirteen dollars. The soup is really good here but what... really surprised me was that the broccoli cheddar soup used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. I am a vegetarian andused to eat this soup all the time I figured out that it wasn't vegetarian and was disappointed. I would recommend to anyonelooking for a quiet place to eat soup. Read more
