Spent close to $6 for a Blonde Vanilla Latte and got 90% boiled milk- no vanilla added whatsoever. Wait times on the weekend are... around 20-30 minutes. This Starbucks needs to be expanded or another one needs opened in town. Best to support smaller localcoffee shops. Read more

Placed a mobile order with a pickup time listed for noon (11 min from ordering). Drove there, went inside, and was surrounded by... a lot of disgruntled people waiting for drinks. At 12:20, still no drink. They were filling all the drive through orders andtelling anyone ordering and paying inside that there would be at least a 45 min wait. I finally gave up, had them retrieve myqueued order (which took a while) and refund my money. Why allow mobile ordering when you can?t accommodate that amount ofwork???? Total waste of almost an hour of time from ordering to leaving the store. By the way, parking lot not full, drivethrough about half full and only two people ordered in person during my wait indoors.
