Disgusted with this place. I order a Thai chicken wrap with NO chicken and extra lettuce. Not that hard to comprehend. I open... up the THAI wrap and it had Parmesan crisps in it instead of chicken. Who in their right mind puts nasty cheese crisps in anASIAN THAI WRAP???? Seriously what the h is that??? CHEESE in an Asian wrap. Asian food doesn?t even use cheese. If someoneorders a wrap without dead animals in it, I don?t think they want cow secretions as a substitute. Do y?all not go one mealwithout cheese? This is the most vile experience I?ve ever had. I gave a 2, because the smoothie was really runny at first then slushie. Was not able to drink on road as I have before from... other tropical smoothie cafe's. Will not stop in Midland again. Read more
Absolutely disgusted with the service that was just provided. My 20$ meal arrived to me with the kale slaw half gone, and no... cookie. When I called the store to talk to someone that could help, I was initially told I had the right person to talk to whenan order is messed up, then after expressing my concern, thinking they will send a new cookie and kale sale, the lady says -next time you order call first and we will make it right. Never took my name and number and told me that she is not able tocredit me back now because she needs to talk with the owner to do that. Terrible service over an issue that did not need to beblown up this big. Read more
Hate to be savage with a one star review, but it has gotten ridiculous here with the cost saving measures at premium prices. I... know costs have gone up, but the portions now are getting pathetic for the price. TS has always done this a bit, but now theyare not even coming close to giving what they used to and prices continue to go up too. My quesadilla was tiny, sides filledless than half of the smaller containers and the flavor was also lacking, especially in my smoothie compared to the past. Stepit up guys! Read more
Food is always good. People are usually pretty nice, but the outside of this place is kind of gross... Please clean up the... trash. Paint the wall on the checkout window and if you could please fix the road rounding where you order. I hit the potholethere and thought it broke my damn car.. in this day and age, cleanliness is an easy thing to keep up with. Read more
