All I can say is: YUM! I would certainly recommend dining here for a few reasons: the view on the patio is spectacular in the... summer months; a patio sitting on the lake looking out towards the harbour, the staff are warm & inviting, and the food tops itoff to make the perfect experience all around! I had the beef brisket tacos ???? which I very much enjoyed. My dad had thebrisket burger, and we both thought the brisket was tender & flavourful! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her fish & chips. Prices have gone up, much like everywhere else, but this restaurant has it all. Beautiful location, great food and comfortable... seating. Kids had tortellini with pesto cream sauce. My friend and I shared the portobello avocado sandwich and the capresesalad. The salad was one of the best I've had in a LONG time. If you're heading in to Midland, this is definitely a spot worthyof hitting for lunch or dinner. Read more
On vacation and skeptical to try a restaurant with such a great location because often they just mail it in. We were very... impressed with Boathouse Eatery. Last night was our 2nd time in 4 days and we've had the pickerel, seafood duo, short ribs andcalamari - all excellent and overlooking Georgian Bay. Staff each time were very attentive, polite and we felt like we weretheir only customers even though the place was hopping. Also great live music both days! Read more
My wife and I stumbled upon the Boathouse Eatery while exploring Midland. I would highly recommend this place to all my family... and friends. The boathouse burger was amazing, my wife enjoyed the chicken. Most of all we were looked after by Braden, hetreated us like family! Top notch service, thank you Braden! What an amazing experience! We had lunch during the visit to Martyrs' Shrine and not too far from there. Restaurant is located... by the waterfront nicely setup patio and live Band. Service was really fast. Hard working waitresses always have smile ontheir face so nice to see. Ordered local beer Crewmore lager, chicken wings, tacos, and Burger all reasonable prices and goodportions. Definitely worth of trying it. Going back to this place again. Read more
The ideal Midland dining experience! We couldn't book a table online, but were seated almost right away. The patio was gorgeous,... the food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and fun, and the live band really set the mood for a great night! My onlyrequest would be to have more vegan menu items. Had the pickerel dinner with some really delicious appetizers! Coconut shrimp, calamari, pizza and more. Everything was top... notch. Service was great too. I'd love it if there was a craft beer selection but otherwise phenomenal place right on the waterin beautiful downtown Midland. Read more
This restaurant has a great view of the Harbour. They had live music playing as well. My server Bri was very friendly,... professional and able to help me with vegetarian options. Will definitely visit again. Read more
