Worst service I’ve ever got in my life. 1. The waitress didn’t greet us at all 2. She never checked on us after we ordered... 3. She came with the bill when we were still chatting 4. She didn’t ask us how we wanna pay. Instead, she left and went to thekitchen. We waited for a good 15 mins and she never came back, we had go to the bar to pay for the bill ourselves 5. We weregonna order drinks but the server was never there. We had to talk to the manager to get the drink lol. — No service wasprovided other than giving us the menu &food. Read more
It had a few vegan options, which was great! We tried their pizza and loaded fries (with the plant-based crumble, "cheese", and... no sour cream). Surely hit the spot! Read more
I'm going to assume that our last visit wasn't up to normal standards because of all the families there for their children's... graduation. We never had any small plates for apps, forks and knives weren't given until we asked after we got our main? My foodwas cold. Usually delicious though, wouldn't recommend going on a busy night. Took over a hour to get our meals got made at us because we had a table of 8 and I didn't know you were allowed to use water... bottles to hold your trays?? That's a health problem. I won't be back very disappointed Read more
I have been to many of Boston Pizza’s locations, Collingwood, Wasaga, Barrie, Toronto… etc! That is because obviously I... really enjoy the food, today I was in Boston Pizza of Midland, where I had the worse service experience in my times onrestaurants, my daughter and I were waiting for about 10 minutes at the host station to be seated, we ended up sittingourselves! One of the servers looked at us three times, but she didn’t give us attention… Then another server came to ourtable to ask about drinks and food, we ordered drinks and appetizer. Then both girls that were working in the bar, (we sat onthe bar) were in a social meeting with two more girls that were on a table… we waited a long time until she got back… Toorder the food… they were very nice with men tables …. But not with us! obviously being nice with man can be better forbusiness $$$$ than to serve a mother and a daughter! ???????? Read more
Just went for our anniversary. We go there once a month and the service is always spectacular! This month (November 22nd) was... amazing... the food was delicious and the desert was wonderful. Along with that, our server was the best we ever had. Didn'tcatch her name, but she was super bubbly, relateable, and outgoing with tremendous attention to customer satisfaction. We cannotwait for December 22nd and we hope that she may serve us again. (Waitress had brown hair, bubbly personality and lots ofenergy...whoever you were, thank you ????) Read more
