I just ordered 2 6 piece chicken basket with fries and gravy and no dipping sauce well I guess I should have opened the bag and... checked every order cause both didn't have fries but had the gravy for the fries just spent 45$ and 2 orders were half of what Ipaid for and the lady before order was wrong also I think there needs to be a manager on at all times to make sure the simplestorder is followed last time I spend money there Read more
I wouldn't recommend going there. The food was thrown into a bag quickly which caused it to fall out of the containers. I... ordered a large onion ring but received a small. The employees were publicly speaking about how they hate customers directly infront of other customers. I was also told to fill out a questionnaire but then received a paper on tipping the employees.... Iexpected to go in there to grab a quick bite to eat as they had no customers when i ordered, but was sent outside to wait for along period of time while they all stood around talking about how they dislike customers. Visited this fast-food establishment for the first time, the service & staff were great and welcoming. I arrived during a time... when it wasn't busy so I received my orders quickly and spontaneously. The quality of their treats are great and very enjoyablewith quality like no other fast-food establishment. In conclusion, this location has deals taking place from Monday-Thursday(e.g. 50% off all milkshakes) making their prices more than reasonable with great food in general. I will definitely revisit! It's not the fault of the hard-working people who run the store. The problem is with the dairy Queen menu: their hamburgers are... repellent. Dry, overcooked, and have the bitter aftertaste of fat that has sat frozen too long, so double cheeseburger was lefthalf -eaten. Mushroom burger was under a cream sauce that didn't taste anything like mushrooms, just a bland, rich goo on thosehard, old patties. Both sandwiches would have worked better with fresh salad toppings, but that is not the DQ model. Grapefloat was syrupy sweet. We would choose any of 3- 4 fastfood burger places over Dairy Queen, though I still love ice cream cakesand dip cones. For what it's worth though, this DQ was really busy! Read more
I seldom write something negative but the dude with the beard was very grumpy and barking at various customers. Not sure if he... was a supervisor but has ego issues. I don't need to pay and get a hard time. There are other places that serve ice cream witha smile. By the look on the faces of other employees, he can't be pleasant to work with. Read more

I used to love this location but got terrible food poisoning on my last visit. I just came from a road trip and didn't eat... anything for two days except Dairy Queen. I am still recovering but have been in the worst pain imaginable, even my legs havebeen in pain. Will never eat at this location again. Read more
