I have been to going to Swiss Chalet and Harvey?s for over 55 years and have never encountered a better or friendlier staff in... all those years. When I recently went to get chicken soup for my wife who wasn?t feeling well, Barb offered to make her aspecial tea at no cost to help her sore throat. She loved it. In addition all the staff who have served us load the soup withlots of chicken and noodles (unlike Tom Hortons who skimp on both !). Keep up the good work. You are all amazing and muchappreciated. Always good, burgers are high quality, side gravy @ 50 cents is very good and well worth it for your fries, give er a go!

The 2 star rating is for my most recent visit. Both my Angus burger and onion rings were overcooked and were served cold... because they had been sitting. My onion rings were replaced upon request with a fresh order but I had guests with me and wasn'tabout to make them wait while the staff fired a new burger. Read more

It's fast food not good food. If you understand that and still want to eat here then by all means you do so. The service is... good and quick. There's a drive-thru. If a serving of fries or a serving of onion rings is too much then try the Frings. Read more
