Always classy to hear "management" verbally berating the young staff at the drivrthru window. This place is chronically behind... in many ways, and it seems to have much more to do with bad management, organization and top down communication than a problemof the workers there. Read more
This store has come a long way ... I never use the drive thru here, so my rating is based on inside service. The only poor... interaction was related to customers being impatient and rude; staff were still excellent. One note: there qas alot of "gossipychat" at the drive thru prep area, which is unprofessional, imho. Read more
Very friendly service. Very quick time between ordering food and receiving my dinner, despite it being a very busy time when... everyone is getting off work. Fast paced in there but employees seemed to be keeping at a good work rhythm. Overall, for aMcDonald's. I was impressed with this location. Read more
Might as close for the night/early morning if service and speed stays the way it is. At 3:30am i went through the drive through... I was the only customer and ordered a coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I got a sticky cup and didn?t bother waiting longerthen 13 minutes for the breakfast sandwich. This seems to happen often. I really do hate to be a Karen. But this is not the first time that this McDonald?s location has disappointed me. I came in... around 9PM and was 1 of 2 cars in the drive through. My fries were very cold, my McCrispy tasted ?McSoggy?, they also forgotthe tomato on it. Not to mention, I ordered two drinks and was only handed one at first. The girl at the window was so quick toslam it. So, I waited for a second, she re-opened the window. I asked for my other pop and got it. Both of my pops were filledto the top with ice. When you?re paying for a pop, you expect pop. Not a big cup of ice. Also! I get it?s fast food. But whenthere are only two cars in the drive through. They should not be served with such poor quality of food. Read more

I called to complain and they asked me to either drive back which is 15 mins each way or if they could send coupons. I thought I... would get a coupon for a free burger but no just the booklet of different deals. Not impressed. And they usually forget thehappy meal nugget dip so I always have to check and ask for some. Read more
At noon time on Aug 24, 2022, I went to this McDonald's to have a lunch. In order to reduce the queuing time, I chosed the... self-service lunch reservation on the machine, and paid $56.23 by card, but the machine could not continue to display. Ibelieved it failed. I had to queue up again to buy, and saw that other people tried to use the machine to order food, but nobodysuccessed. After queuing up to buy, to pay $63.68 and take away. But receiving the statement in September, it was found thatthis McDonald's charged twice for one lunch. I called the credit card center to complain. After waiting for more than a month,the result was no result. I don't know why a non-working McDonald's ordering machine is still charging? Is this store doing iton purpose? Read more
