Had a horrible experience at the king street tim hortons in Midland. Went yesterday to get a tea, the tea bag was broken and... didn?t notice until I was already out of town. So I called and was to come back at my convenience. I went back now and told themat the speaker, got to the window with this girl who was definitely not wearing a bra as her chest was sagging to her stomachyelling out the window at me that I needed to call next time. I informed her that I did call yesterday and was told to come atmy earliest convenience. She then proceeded to tell me that I don?t need to be rude, which I wasn?t and I told her she didn?thave to yell at me. She said cause she couldn?t hear from the noise inside the restaurant. She proceeded to hand me my tea whichI had asked for an extra cup as I paid for it with my other tea that had the exploded bag in it. She was very rude and shouldn?tbe working with the public if she has that type of attitude. As well should invest in a bra, because it was very unappealing tohave her chest the way it was. Totally unprofessional. I will never go back to that tim hortons in town ever again! Read more

Today around 6:30 pm I placed an order for a medium double double coffee at the drive through and I saw at the display that they... wrongly entered medium steep tea, I corrected them and they charged for a medium coffee along with my other orders. I was on myway to work. Once I got the things and I went back to my work, when I tasted it was still steep tea. The person who was at thedrive through clearly heard when I corrected. Went to get a snack at 3:45pm @ drive through. 5 Cars in front of me. Asked for the new chicken wrap, she checked and confirmed... they had everything for it. Asked for an iced coffee too but they were out so I got a regular coffee. Took 15 minutes to finallyget to the window to be told they actually had no wraps. Spent another 5 minutes waiting while they made me a roastbeef andcheddar sandwich. Got back to work to realize there's no cheddar on my roastbeef and cheddar. 2nd time in a week something likethis happened so I'll be going to the other Tim's now on. Read more

Been coming here for probably 10 years, burnt bagels and wrong orders seems to be the new norm. We always discover it's wrong... half way home. Unlikely we will return here. Tim hortons please train your staff not to send out burnt food. Read more
