In my experience, service times are more a priority then the customer. This is the second time I went out to get breakfast for... my family only to be told, "we can only do two sandwiches". Imagine going to a restaurant and they won't let you order becausethey have to cook it first. I wasn't offered to wait the time it takes to cook eggs. Completely unbelievable. I'd recommendchoosing another Tim Hortons location at all costs. I will never spend another dollar at this one. Such a waste of my time. Read more
This tims has overall been one of the worst I've seen. I've watch a staff member berate a customer, they've loudly complained... about orders in front of customers. I placed a mobile order with them most recently, only to wait 20 minutes in the srive thruto be told they don't have timbits at 8:30 AM. Shockingly, the drive thru teller was the same one I've seen berating customers.Frankly, if it's not available, remove if from your online menu like other tims do, this hust reeked of "We can't be bothered toserve you" Read more
All of the staff is decent except the one guy at the till all the time. He's basically useless. No customer service skills and... honestly flat out rude most days I go there. This Tim's is on my way to work but one more negative experience and I'll go out ofmy way to avoid it. Read more
Ordered 3 drinks here and they got them all wrong. Both the iced Capp and iced Latte were made with dairy when it was requested... to be made with oatmilk. I am lactose intolerant so that's a pretty big mix up. If someone orders a dairy alternative there isusually a reason. Also ordered a iced tea quencher and it tasted nothing like iced tea. Good food; too many flies. See the attached picture for four flies - three resting and one in flight. Two more are mating... underneath the chair and one is sitting on my laptop, they are not included. I visited on a Monday evening for eat in/take out. Generally a clean, friendly place. It was about 2 hours from closing so staff... were busy doing things. Service was a little slow. Their wifi was not working so I couldn't use the app for ordering or rewards.Also some menu items are/were not available no matter when I would go- eg.Apple Fritter donuts, Harvest Breakfast sandwich,Carrot muffins. When I order a 50 pack of Timbits. There shoukd be a variety offered instead of 35 of plain and 5each of 3 other flavours.
