So I ordered 30 pieces of wings and wanted 8 blue cheeses total. When I picked up my order I only had 2 bleu cheeses in the bag... I looked at the receipt and they charged me for 8 at $1.50/piece. I asked how many come with a 30 piece without charge and hetold me 3. I said then why did you charge me for 8 when you should?ve just charged me for 5. $12 worth of bleu cheese?!?!?That?s ridiculous! And I still was shorted by 1. Who only uses 3 dipping sauces for 30 wings?!?! Beer was flat and not very cold. The French fries were stale and their Ultimate nachos were a joke. They hardly have any cheese... at all. There were very few people in the bar area but our waitress was still very slow getting to us after we placed ourinitial order. She was too busy chatting with regulars to make sure her other tables were not in need of anything. Overall, wewill definitely be finding a different spot to watch football. Read more
The food was enjoyable and the service was decent enough. The restaurant itself needs some work as it has become worse for wear... over the years. Well second trip and let's see the numbers 15 minutes to get a waitress that never brought the drinks 15minutes later another waitress asked us 10 minutes later we walked out never receiving a thing. 6 groups of people came in afterus all received their service 1 even ate paid and left. I have no idea why I keep expecting good food. Last time I ordered they forgot my fries, had to go back and then they gave them... to me in a dirty box that had sauce in it. Next I get a 30 piece and only got 23 in their. This place is to expensive to not begetting your money's worth. At least they gave me all the ranch correct. Read more
The manager literally walked by us while we were waiting for a table to be cleaned she ignored us and scream excuse me like we... were in the way. Mind you we stood there quietly and she didn't greet us I walked up to the front counter and asked if we couldhave some service being that we done Sat there for 20 min. When I asked for help the waitress explained she's the only oneworking the bar which I understand but the manager is who could've atheist acknowledge us and say will be right with you. This place has the worst customer service experience in West Texas. Came in multiple times for order pick up and watched... everybody in the building that worked there ignore me for 20 mins. The waitress attending us at first was very unprofessional! Short girl with lime green nails and left arms tattoos did not catch... her name. But she needs to go to customer service classes! We understand that?s everyone is short staff and stress but if yourhaving a bad day go cool off or leave before you make a bad impression on customers. Watching the NFL games here is pretty good they have many TVs and you can hear the audio. The downside is they have two few... waitresses and especially during the busy time you have to wait a long time to get service even after you are at the table.
