Always enjoy this Burger King, staff a bit rude but food is good.
By far the worst franchise I have ever been to. Server totally rude, argumentative and arrogant. I ordered the double... croissant sandwich with bacon and sausage. I received my bag and left. Grabbed my sandwich and check it and it was not what Iordered. With in 2 minutes I was back at the store telling her she got my order wrong. She stated that's what she heard eventhough I gave her the menu number. I will never eat a BK again. They have totally gone downhill. I will stay with McDonald'sthough I despise them least. Read more

Burger King has a new option it's a frosty on the outside if you want a frosty other than a drink it's great
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of chicken fries and asked to have them fresh along with 2 chicken sandwiches... and wanted them made a certain way and told them in the drive thru and received food I?m sure that had been sitting for quietsometime, and my chicken sandwiches were made wrong. So overall they got nothing right in this entire order? Never been to thislocation but won?t ever return either after this. Read more
Burgers are actually what they advertised. My burgers was as big as the picture. Since the decline in quality at Whataburger... over the last several months. I?ve switched to Burger King when fast food is what I?m craving. Thanks Read more
This place was not clean. The employees were arguing while we were there. Just look at the ketup dispenser! This thing was not... cleaned in possibly weeks. Tables had not been wiped and food spread across the floor. Someone needs to manage the cleanlinessof this spot. Read more
I visited this restaurant on September 21st of this year. I had planned to use my coupon codes from my bk app. I always forget... the paper coupons. The in-app coupons are more convenient. I walked in side the store to place my order. When I made it to thecounter, no one was in line. No one acknowledged my presence. The store manager was sacking orders, yet, she never took the timeto acknowledge me. She continued to sack approximately 5 orders before rudely stating that she would assist me soon. After shedragged herself to the counter, i immediately showed her the coupon code in my app. The lady immediately stated in a rude tone?I can?t accept that?! I looked at her with disgust, and before I could say anything, she stated ? the computer is not going toaccept it. Rather than argue with that woman, I snatched my phone than left. I made a complaint to the corporate office and Ihave not received a response from them yet. These Burger Kings are franchised in Midland. I guess they don?t care about theircustomers.
