The blond waitress was super rude to the shift manager Raquel saying she was doing the order wrong even though our order was... perfect no over or under charging. The omelet was ok. Hash browns were not fresh. I love the pancakes but the server told me they didn't have honey. I don't use... corn syrup. Normally they have small honey packs. Took a long time to get the bill. Read more
Quiet, empty, warm. We got in and we?re instantly greeted by a smile, from the Night Manager Raquel. We picked the booth we... wanted, and had some decaf coffee freshly brewed and served. Raquel was not only our server for the night, but also Denny?sManager! She was excellent, and super attentive. Food was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly! Portions were awesome as well. I was in town for a visit, and got Very bad service here. To begin with, when we got their, place was empty and we still waited... about an hr in half for our food. Once we got food my husband ordered Brisket all melt, that brisket looked like charcoal superburnt that he couldn?t eat it, sisters hash-browns and dads chicken tenders where burnt as well. We didn?t get our salmonplate, and crepes because they forgot to put that order in . Tea and water tasted horrible. And to top it off some of theworkers had bad attitude.
