So I ordered dominos today and we?ll the employee that delivered my food was kinda rude, he said to me that he wouldn?t bring me... food because of the traffic being bad, well I?ve ordered dominos for a very long time and not even one person has said that tome before, I love dominos and I don?t have a problem with there food, but that one employee kinda ruined my day almost, who everthat employee is, they need to understand that working is a part of life, and if he dosent like delivering food to my house, Ithink he shouldn?t work there anymore if he?s gonna act like that. This review is based off of my personal experience with management the night of 1/28/21 between around 10:30(ish) and 11pm. I... ordered on the Dominos app, bought two pizzas, and one of them was the $9.99 five topping pizza coupon. However, 5 toppings putmy pizza total at $10.49 instead of the advertised $9.99. If I put one of the 5 toppings on only half of the pizza, however, itwent back down to $9.99. Strange, I thought, since it is advertised as 5 toppings. No big deal, and I was prepared to pay theextra cents because I figured something I got might have been a premium topping. Either way, I wanted to ask so I could know forfuture reference, or so it could be fixed if it was incorrect in the system. I walk into the store to pick up my pizza around10:30/10:40ish. There is a man who is working at the register, talking to a customer in front of me and he is not wearing amask. He talked to the customer in front of me for 1-2 minutes before he eventually put one on. The customer in front of meleaves, and I start my conversation with this man. I inform him I have a question about the total on my pizza, and I?d like toknow why my 5 toppings are adding on to the coupon price. He IMMEDIATELY gets defensive. Tells me it?s because of a topping thatI did not order being on my pizza. There is a bit of back and forth between him and I- him telling my that I?m just plain wrongand me trying to explain to him that he is looking at the wrong pizza on the order. He shoves the computer screen at me andtells me to look for myself. In total, he probably shoved this screen at me 3-4 times in our whole interaction. I?m just tryingto figure out why there?s an extra charge. I am not being rude or demanding. It?s only a few cents and I am not disputing theprice, I am just asking to know what I am paying for! I generally have no issues ordering from this location, but today was different. I placed my order online as always and the... confirmation gave me a 12-25 minute wait. After 15 minutes I realized the roads were flooding, as there is quite a bit of raintoday. I called the store to check on my order (and cancel if it wasn't yet made) and was put on hold. After 7 minutes I hungup. I waited another 45 minutes (still no food) and called again, only to wait on hold for 12 minutes this time! 1 hour and 45minutes after my order was placed I again called & was placed on hold, even after trying to voice an issue! It was then I sawthe Dominoes employee out my window with my food. (The driver was very polite and apologized for the wait) This entireexperience, however, was very unacceptable. I understand the weather is inclimate and the roads are bad but I should have beencontacted. My food was delivered cold and 1 hour and 15 minutes later than the given delivery window. Read more
